What do you like best about Sign In App?

So many ways to customise set-up & services and instantly change prices, availability, customer messaging; I love the inclusive SMS and email messaging which is automated but you can also manually send messages and receive replies from customers. They also constantly update and improve features and ask for feedback on how to get better or for useful functions we’d like to see Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Features I’d like to see are an improved booking page where groups of services can be better displayed to make it tidier and easier to see from the customers point of view; and I’d like customers to have the opportunity to pay a deposit or full price of a service including discount coupons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s great - you can start with the free plan to test it out then either stick with that if it meets your needs or upgrade like we’ve done as we grew and needed higher plans. If you are a sole trader, and especially someone relying on appointment bookings, then it's a no brainer. You can start your journey with no outlay to test the water then go up to a paid subscription you can customise. Integrates seemelssly with my website and the apps i use. Would highly recommend. For new businesses wanting to grow this is the PERFECT scheduling and booking system. 10to8 grows with you! Start with the free plan and as you expand and the revenues come into your business you upgrade only when you need to... One month of planning and trial and four months of free and my business is now fully booked with appointments eight weeks ahead and I have now upgraded to the "Grooming" package. I started using this as a professional way to book my clients. It was super easy to use and customize for my business. I love being able to lose my own brand colors. I have never had any technical issues regarding my scheduler.Love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Nice for more than one employee. I love the text message reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

No way to whitelist reminder emails because it changes every time (sender email is a long string of alphanumerical characters in front of @10to8.com) so if you are not paying for a plan that also sends text messages, I'm not sure your customers will get reminders in their true inbox.

I would like to be able to change the way it looks. Change the font, colors, etc. so that it will match better with my brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consider the grow package for SMS use. Being able to send text messages to customers from numbers other than your main business number is very powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't had a customer be late since using this. I've used it for about 15 or 20 appointments in the past year or so and every customer has been much more responsive. I love that the text messages come from a different number every time (no way to block messages). 0to8 has a wide range of tools that gives me as a self-employed person, the scope to appear more professional.

Great support team and are speedy and clear in response.

Missed appointments have decreased hugely.

Time saving on booking appointments.

You can also do coupons for clients as well as offering a wide range of services, both one to one and group classes.

A secure way of messaging my clients with information which is really important with GDPR.

I can attach forms like questionnaires or instructions so follow up is easier and easier for my clients.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I've been using 10to8 for years and have seen all the updates as they've happened. Every single one of them I've liked. I am a coach and use the system regularly. The one feature that really stood out (and was most important to me) was the user interface. I wanted the user to feel comfortable and not confused using a scheduling / appointment system. 10to8 makes it simple for my clients. And the back end is also just as simple. I don't need instructions on how to use it, which is a bonus. Simple integration with my Wordpress site and great interface for both clients and admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

A few of the challenges I've run into over the years were rectified fast, so I appreciate them staying on top of glitches as they happen (happens with all software). There's only one thing I wish the system would do and that is to limit the number of appointments in a day. Currently, you tell the system your operating / available hours but I have a specific need that when I reach a certain number of appointments, it needs to stop accepting appointments for that day. I've been manually blocking time which is fine, but that one convenient feature, if added, would bring this scheduling system to a 10.

One disappointment I just noticed is that they removed the support chat icon on the admin dashboard. I had to search for their email address to get support. The documentation says the chat icon is still there, but it isn't. That's too bad. The chat icon was so much easier than opening my email program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compare the 10to8 interface on the user side and on the admin side with any other booking software and I believe you'll find 10to8 beats them all in design and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
