The signinapp lobby / visitor /employee management system is really quite easy to use once you have it set up. I purchased an iPad 10.2" and a secure stand to have it mount onto the reception desk area. Installed the app, set up on the web and was up and running quickly. We are on Google Workspace but for now I have just uploaded a CSV with our employee names and email addresses for notification from the system.
