What do you like best about Sign In App?

The ability to allow multiple people to share interview types and to be able to swap bookings to someone else if it becomes necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The layout and general looks isn't the best. Also the email that is sent to invitees is a bit messy and the zoom link to join the meting could be more obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy, syncs to calendar + Zoom easily, and has good customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Creating different profiles is a little confusing, but is a nice feature to have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Easy for users to schedule appointments with just a few clicks. The appointment reminders yield great results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

It would be helpful to have the option to change when an appointment reminder text is sent. For example, if someone has an appt. at 7:30am, they receive a reminder email at 6:30am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

It gets the job done - i.e. scheduling sessions with my coachees and viewing my calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

My frequent need is to book multiple sessions with a coachee during a single website session. This process takes too many clicks/screen views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

The signinapp lobby / visitor /employee management system is really quite easy to use once you have it set up. I purchased an iPad 10.2" and a secure stand to have it mount onto the reception desk area. Installed the app, set up on the web and was up and running quickly. We are on Google Workspace but for now I have just uploaded a CSV with our employee names and email addresses for notification from the system. The chat / support is really terrific and their staff there is wonderful at answering the questions quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Sometimes the UI of the portal isn't straightforward but their help via chat/support is really good. There are more features they are adding to support better notification automation as well as other safety features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great to see that your customers find it easy to book appointments!

To add clickable links to your booking page's description, simply head over to Setup > Business Details and add the URL between < > symbols. You can also add links to your SMS and email messages. I attached some articles with some useful information -- I hope this will help!
