What do you like best about Sign In App?

I love how easy it is to create appointments and the automated reminders sent to clients. I love that I can connect my accounts for Zoom to it, so the links get sent automatically. It's visually pleasing to look at, and I can also add my other calendars to see other events. My clients can also see my availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I find that updating your time zone wasn't the easiest thing in the world to do. It's also not intuitive when setting block availability, which is a little frustrating; I found that I had set availability and it didn't transfer out to the other weeks, even though I had selected it too. What do you like best about Sign In App?

We are a small business with limited funds, a full-time staff of just two, and a to-do list with the growth pace and energy demands of a toddler. This booking service, 10to8, generously offers —unlike most companies — a free plan for sending booking confirmations & reminders. This has unfettered thirty minutes of precious work time which I used to spend each evening frantically handtyping eleventh-hour reminders after appointments ended. I had to send messages for all appointments one week and one day from that calendar day — each message tailored to the individual patient with the correct name, appointment format, appointment type, and appointment date & time — before the clock struck nine: no more patient communication. 10to8 gave us the gift of infrastructure. Now, I can — in thirty seconds — complete four fields, and then 10to8 automatically sends the appointment confirmation for me, as well as the week- and day-before reminders. It has removed a worry from my list. I highly recommend 10to8 a propos ease of use, absence of technical issues, price, and more. This review would be much longer if I were to write an exhaustive list of all the ways in which 10to8 has been a boon to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I love the cost and it doesn't seem to have any bugs. Simple to edit and update. I like the logo. It interegrates well with my Wix website so far so good on this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I wish they would update the look the client sees when they book an appointment. But no app is perfect. I also think it would be cool to have some icons to defernenticate bookings on the client end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Booking function and reminders to clients are extremely useful. It means that we are both on the same page and cancellations are therefore more easily chargeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I appreciate parents and students can schedule an appointment at their convenience and do not have to call or email to schedule an appointment. Also, the program allows them to cancel and reschedule their appointment at their convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I like the calendar feature - if I click into an appointment, I am then able to open up a chat to speak directly with the client whether it's through SMS or e-mail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do sometimes find the tabs to blend together - therefore making the clarity of navigating less seamless. If the tabs were even more distinguished then I could navigate more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I like best that 10to8 allows clients to manage their own appointments, and very helpfully sends them appointment reminders helping to avoid non-shows (which are now literally a thing of the past!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

An option for paying in NZ currency would be great (currently pay in USD which is subject to exchange rate fluctuations). Also, a native android app would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
