What do you like best about Sign In App?

10 to 8 has really upted our game when. It comes our scheduling capabilities. Especially when it comes to being able approve/decline appointments. Communicate with clients via text message, and automated follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The only concern we have is when we receive a reminder of an upcoming appointment that there was a better was of identifying which client/prospect it is referring to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

The most helpful about 10to8 is the calendar synchronization that saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

That I don't have the option to extract data based on user or based on date values. I can only download a csv file that contains all the info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I like the email and text notifications for my clients. It helps keep forgetful people honest with their appointments so they feel better and I stay busier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I wish there was a way for me to track sessions for my clients that purchase a package of sessions. I track it manually now, but hope this is in the works for 10to8. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy to set up and use on my computer, tablet and phone. My clients can make and alter appointments without me having to do anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to share events and for people to book themselves in for the time that suits them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes hard to manage back end, diary settings are not intuitive to add availability and only booking one type of appointment while getting used to it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

There's a free version, although I needed the next version up. It was relatively inexpensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

It's incredibly unreliable unfortunately. My calender regularly stopped syncing, causing double bookings and embrassment for me. Unless you're one of 10 to 8's bigger corporate customers they won't call you to help you solve it, or chat to you live. You have to wait days sometimes for a response, and then the issues take weeks to resolve, but unfortunately reoccur again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We apologize for the inconvenience last week's calendar sync issues might have caused you. We take issues like this very seriously as we understand how important it is for businesses to have an organized calendar and a smooth booking process for customers. We're very sorry that you had a bad experience due to issues with calendar sync, however, we have released a number of improvements to stop issues like this from happening in the future.

We do offer phone support on our Grow Plan that is tailored for small businesses with no more than 3 staff members and on plans above it. Our dedicated Support Team is happy to help all of our customers online, regardless of their subscriptions, and they are aiming to get all issues resolved as soon as possible, in most cases in a few hours.

We are sorry to hear that you decided to migrate over to another vendor's software and we would like you to know, that if you require any help at all with migrating your data over, our Support Team will be on hand to assist you with it.
