In the first eight years of running a private practice as a counsellor, I often experienced the frustration of clients not showing up for their appointments. I didn’t realize how easy and affordable it could be to use a scheduling system like 10to8. Many small businesses in my region use a Vancouver-based system that costs approximately eight tines as much as the plan I have purchased from 10to8. The mobile interface needs some work, as certain functions don’t work well from my iPhone. That wastes time. But all in all, it has been well worth paying for the system in order to reduce the NO SHOWS to a very small number. Room for improvement? Yes. But worth the investment? Absolutely. The mobile interface needs work. It displays improperly on my iPhone. Also, certain presets would save time. Examples include only having one possible address/location. We are a smaller institution with limited administrative support so I personally found 10to8 incredibly helpful especially the ability for students to book their own appointments with me and then receive notifications and reminders of that appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10to8 is an incredible tool that allows me to work freely, and have control over the different meetings, appointments and all kinds of programming in our company, thanks to this tool we can have more flexible and controlled schedules, with our partners, employees and users, allowing us to have our time and theirs more balanced, so we managed to obtain a much more flexible schedule for all, before using this tool I remember that we used to have conflicts between schedules, we crossed paths with others, and sometimes it was A bit difficult to have control over this, because we made different meetings with our customers, partners, employees, and it was not so easy to take control of everything, now we have everything programmed, and we are doing great, also allows us to program all kinds of notifications, to each of the members of scheduled appointments, which is ideal for this type of situation. I do not really like the application for my smart phone, I really try to use it as little as possible, since I do not know if it's the screen size, or the device, but I do not feel so comfortable using this application, as [I do not know if this can be improved, or just simply use this tool in the cloud, as it is designed, you could also have the option of customizing certain types of features in the application, in order to have a better use of the application, another thing that is somewhat limited, is the use of the application in the devices, a few days ago I realized that we can not use the application more than 4 people, at the same time, and we communicate with support and the solution, is to buy another license, for 4 additional teams. It is a little buggy in the dashboard but it doesn't mess with the performance of the software. It just says it is sending out a ton of reminders all the time, but it doesn't send out any outside of my scheduled appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10to8 is kind of tricky to get it set up. Once it is set up it works really well, but the getting there is quite a rocky journey. Teaching my employees how to use the technology and not putting appointments on their calendar has also been a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clients can book, change, cancel appointments on their own directly from my website. Flexibility for me to book from my office as well. I love this software solution for small businesses. The booking page daily calendar splits the day's available hours on multiple screens/pages. This is potentially confusing to clients booking their own appointments. I would prefer the calendar to appear on a single screen - either PC or mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
