10to8 is easy to use – our web developers love how easy it is to put on the web pages. Integrates with user schedules, allowing flexibility. Set-up was incredibly intuitive and customer service is amazing. Following up with consumers has never been so easy and with reminders we have been able to decrease the number of no-shows. The Availability set-up doesn't give you the option to update more than one user at a time. So if I need to give more than one person the same availability, I have to go in and set it up for each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10to8 has been a game-changer for our business. We really like being able to allow our clients to choose their appointment times without the back-and-forth negotiating that we used to do. The programming tool is easy to use and configure, has a CRM function that helps with notes and other details, additionally the customer receives notifications and reminders, additionally allows you to create two different categories of services for a single treatment and can integrate different methods of programming and payment. On the other hand its interface and design are very nice, the online booking functionality saves you a lot of time answering and managing phone calls and helps to manage customers in more effective and efficient ways. I set up 10to8 because I was looking for an easy tool that allows people access to scheduling appointments on my calendar when they need them. I love 10to8 because I simply open the hours that I deem as office hours, and students/other faculty are able to sign up for a time to meet with me without sending multiple scheduling emails back and forth. I have only a feature request: it would be very helpful to see the contact data (phone and email) of new appointments directly in the calendar entry. Sometimes you need to call them to move the appointment and you have little time or you are driving. I had such a situation this week and wanted to inform a client that i would be a little bit later in the office than the appointment said - but you always need to open the diary to see the contact information. Which can be difficult when driving - also because my 10to8 login data were not present on my mobile phone. If instead the phone number would have shown up in my phone calendar, it would have been just a click without the risk to loose the client. Thank you so much, as always.
