What do you like best about Sign In App?

10to8 is easy to use – our web developers love how easy it is to put on the web pages. Integrates with user schedules, allowing flexibility. Set-up was incredibly intuitive and customer service is amazing. Following up with consumers has never been so easy and with reminders we have been able to decrease the number of no-shows. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The Availability set-up doesn't give you the option to update more than one user at a time. So if I need to give more than one person the same availability, I have to go in and set it up for each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure you consider end user visibility. We have call center agents that had more visibility with AppointmentPlus but we were able to find a work around process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?

With an ability to sync Outlook calendars to the scheduling tool, we are able to better keep up to date with changes in user schedules without worrying about appointments being made before the schedule can be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

What I like best is the text message reminders for scheduled appts. My client's comment on this often. They love it too! I also like having the link/button for clients to schedule online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Some features (like personalized messaging) require support from 10 to 8 and since we're on different time zones, you may have to wait a day before getting feedback. It would be nice to set up messaging without needing that type of intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

10to8 has been a game-changer for our business. We really like being able to allow our clients to choose their appointment times without the back-and-forth negotiating that we used to do. We've set up our account so that each team member here can offer different appointment types. We also LOVE that 10to8 confirms our appointments for us. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I can't think of anything I don't like, except that your pricing for removing the 10to8 link in our appointment scheduler is quite high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

The programming tool is easy to use and configure, has a CRM function that helps with notes and other details, additionally the customer receives notifications and reminders, additionally allows you to create two different categories of services for a single treatment and can integrate different methods of programming and payment. On the other hand its interface and design are very nice, the online booking functionality saves you a lot of time answering and managing phone calls and helps to manage customers in more effective and efficient ways. Occasionally we have had problems with the synchronization of the program and external calendars such as my google account and if I access from my smartphone or tablet slows down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been impressive the effectiveness in terms of the administration of our patients that this program provided us we have completely forgotten about obsolete systems such as phone calls, in addition to saving a lot of time so my secretary and I have been able to devote that time to other activities to improve our service or patient care is as high quality as the service that we have offered the programming software 10to8. What do you like best about Sign In App?

I set up 10to8 because I was looking for an easy tool that allows people access to scheduling appointments on my calendar when they need them. I love 10to8 because I simply open the hours that I deem as office hours, and students/other faculty are able to sign up for a time to meet with me without sending multiple scheduling emails back and forth. If you are a faculty member, this scheduling tool is a dream come true for scheduling appointments with students. Because it syncs with Outlook, it updates my calendar in real time when someone requests an appointment. Plus, students can cancel appointments without emailing me, too. It rocks. 10to8 helps me eliminate many scheduling emails back and forth with students. I am able to use my time more efficiently, and students are able to schedule late at night when they are up (and I am asleep). I just approve the appointments when I return to my office. What do you like best about Sign In App?

They give you everything you could need in the free package and don't put important features like SMS or integrations behind a paywall like most other services in their industry do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10to8 solves a problem I never had before until I switched to HubSpot for some other meeting scheduling. With 10to8 the no show rate has been almost nonexistent because of the reminder sequence it has in place by default. What do you like best about Sign In App?

Perfectly functioning booking service including email and sms reminders to client and seamless integration to your own website. Very helpful team when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I have only a feature request: it would be very helpful to see the contact data (phone and email) of new appointments directly in the calendar entry. Sometimes you need to call them to move the appointment and you have little time or you are driving. I had such a situation this week and wanted to inform a client that i would be a little bit later in the office than the appointment said - but you always need to open the diary to see the contact information. Which can be difficult when driving - also because my 10to8 login data were not present on my mobile phone. If instead the phone number would have shown up in my phone calendar, it would have been just a click without the risk to loose the client. Thank you so much, as always.
