What do you like best about Sign In App?

As a small business owner, I am always looking for ways to increase efficiency, and decrease cost. 10to8 is reasonably priced, which allows me to spend more on marketing, and customer retention. I love that I can customize my page, set hours of availability by rep, accept payments, and integrate appointments with my google calendar. The fact that I can easily make changes on the user friendly interface is especially important, because I don't have to pay someone for IT services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The change to the new calendar integration. I had written tons of blogs with links that went directly to a free consultation (rather than to my page & having the customer trying to find the correct tab), and because of the change, I will have to go back into all of those blogs and update the links. What do you like best about Sign In App?

I live in New York and use 10 to 8 for about two years now. I think it’s best scheduling software on the market. Easy to setup, you can send message to your customers, you can chat with them through the system. Customers can book or rebook or cancel appointment online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I don’t like when I add new technician to the system, it’s making some problems. For example, if I have let’s say Maria on Monday and she is booked for a day and if I add Anna on the same day Monday and people start book online for Anna, because Maria will show up as “not available “, and Anna will be available so it’s will be double booking on the same time. That’s was most bother me. I have to call clients and explain that this time is not available because it’s booked by another client. And I have to reschedule. What do you like best about Sign In App?

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Lots of features, including the ability to use PayPal as a payment gateway, the ability to sync with my Google calendar and the ability to enable Customer self-booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

There were a couple of features that were needed, but not available on the FREE version and the first upgrade version, which required FREE to be their $20/mo subscription level. This was not a huge issue, because the cost was still very reasonable compared to many competitors, however, the deal-killer was that they cannot book more than one item at a time for an appointment. As a photographer, I offer a rate card that includes up to 5 packages, but then offers add-ons up to 50 items. So, a customer could order one package, but if they wanted 3 add-ons for example, this required them to attempt to book those items individually for one appointment. Totally unacceptable! I don't know of anyone who sells just one item?! Even a dog groomer has add-ons. A nail salon has add-ons. Even a cheap hair-cutting business such as Cost Cutters has add-ons. Who do you know who sells just one service, or one item? Think hard! That's right! No one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

What I like best about 10to8 is that I can share my booking link with perspective clients and have them easily get an evaluation call booked with me. I no longer need to go back and forth in messages finding a time that we can each chat. This has saved me time and simplified the on-boarding system for clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The only thing I wish 10to8 would include is stating what an appointment booked in another calendar application is for. At the moment, it only says "blocked time" but doesn't remind me what else is booked on my other calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I like that its easy to use, Setup is simple and you can go back and modify whatever you need to. Even on the basic version I feel you get several features which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Well it would always be nice to get more features. I dont like that I need 2000 followers on my FB page to get the FB plug in to work for booking, that was dissappointing. I would also like to be able to arrange my booking options in a different order when I go to book a client. (I might be able to just havent messed with it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Simple and easy to use for all, from set up to appointment setting. For the most part, it is set it and forget it, as all I do is post announcements with my appointment link and 10to8 takes care of the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The different plans based on number of appointments 100 and 300. I use just over 100 per month. Would be nice to have additional options that provide all options at a lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and configure, very simple but effective operation, allows the programming and reminder of appointments of my clients in the beauty salon, in addition to storing a database of all our clients, on the other hand the Notification system is very effective, in addition to establishing a better channel of communication with customers in the face of constant interaction with this tool. What do you like best about Sign In App?

I love that my clients can choose the schedules of their medical appointments or physical recovery therapies according to the availability that have my agenda, since they can view it at the start of session in this program or through the mobile application, on the other hand 10 to 8 is a free tool so you will not have to worry about making payments, monthly or annual, it is also very easy to use and configure, has a very colorful labeling which allows you to differentiate the actions of the times reserved in the agenda, very practical and functional.Additionally it allows to store a database of patients and the history of appointments. What do you dislike about Sign In App?
