Simplicity of use. Great features. Good reminders can be set up. Personalisation of Business so it works as an additional business shop front. Patients receive an email to review directly after their appointment. Very versatile. They are constantly updating and adding features. I have recommended it to a lot of people. Now and again things ‘drop’. But not very often. Oh- if there was a way that if a patient asks to change or cancel appointment the headline I receive actually says that rather than a generic 10to8 headline which I often assume is reminder of booking and don’t check - Apart from that nothing. The ease of using 10to8 is great. great for clients, Associates and the Home Office to track. Love that there are automatic replies in both text and emails along with reminders and rescheduler. We subcontract Associates and a few of them now use 10to8 for their team appointments. Would like to offer this on our website for clients and Associates but have not figured out how to do this yet. I think the company is geared more towards offices... doctor, dentist etc... Single use. Our company's main use is for conferences. We have a speaker speak and then offer time slots to sign up to have a no cost financial plan completed. It is not as user friendly for us non techy and short on time people trying to set it up. Also, we sometimes have multiple conferences going on at once nationwide and that has caused a problem with the automatic replies, scheduling the 2nd or 3rd event an sign ups. They roll into each other and we confuse people. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE AN OPTION TO HAVE MULTIPLE SIGNUPS FOR DIFFERENT EVENTS AT ONE TIME. Also there have been many times when the time zones were not changed for the next conference and that messed up everyone's reminders and when we corrected it, it made a huge mess of confusion for the people who signed up. SO maybe giving the option of eliminating the time zones in the reminder or have it automatically sync with the location of the appointment.

We use Salesforce and when an appointment is made, it goes into our leads. Unfortunately, the fields are limited. We really need the first and last names and the spouse to populate in SalesForce but only the first will. The only way we capture first and last is to have it display first and last in each field (Ex: First: Mike Smith Last: Mike Smith) which then makes us manually edit each one of them. The spouse will not populate unless they are listed in the first name field (ex: First: Mike and Sue Smith Last: Mike and Sue Smith) and that is something we really need. The address will not populate with the exception of the State. These are critical pieces that would help us out tremendously, but just won't sync. So we had to take the address off of the sign up form to save time in sign ups (we usually have a long line to sign up).

Ability to text/email clients directly from their appointment, to send reminders for each one separately. I also really like the ability to mark someone as "no show" or "attended" to keep track of who can stay within our programs. I can't text or email a client directly from 10to8 without scheduling them for an appointment first. It would be useful if I could email/text all of our clients at one time. Also, I noticed I am unable to add more than one person to each appointment. It's inconvenient for me to have to add all clients as "one contact" in order to schedule them all at once. The integration with my calendars is the most valuable feature. What I saw that set 10to8 apart is the messaging platform that allows multiple reminders and follow-ups both by email or text. I'm sure I can even get more from it in the future using webhooks. We are even considering a premium consult service using the billing system included with 10to8. As a solopreneur adding in this online booking system has definitely been a game changer. It takes care if all the reminders which are all customizable. Client confirmations and reminders really help to avoid missed appointments. As a small family plumbing business, we cannot afford to have clients 'forget' or run late. This platform provides another form of contact between clients and admin which potentially saves us money. Would like a returning to customer to have a log in so that they don't need to input their info every time. Would also like a place to show a photo of my different employees. I would also like the option to have a weekly schedule instead of having to input my hours that are repeated for the entire year. Also, an easy way for the customer to cancel.
