What do you like best about Sign In App?

Easy to use and set up; it's also inexpensive. We've been using it for almost 2 years and really like it. We like that we can use our logo and the features that allow us to imbed into our website and send private links to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Navigating the features is a little tricky - it's not intuitive. I have to search around and find some of the settings. I can't duplicate another meeting type (I have to edit or create each one individually and copy info from each one). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I like that you can add staff and that the staff can control their schedule from anywhere. I like the notifications and appointment reminders that go out, which helps keeps everyone in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

That I can't look up customers appointment history. I have to scroll through the calendar or look at their file that we keep to see when they were in last.

I wish their was a tracking system for promo codes or birthdays. Other than that, I am overall pretty happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communication problems are solved when we are able to leave notes on appointments or block of time.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I very much like the ease of setting up 10to8 with various different services and the options you have. Paid bookings, free bookings, the fact the system sends reminder messages is very useful. I like that I can message my customers directly via 10to8. The reporting tool is useful and I use it a lot to report to my boss. The merge customers function is useful. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Having to approve all the bookings (although I know I could use the auto approve function) and the fact the customers cannot book onto a course/several lessons all at once

The limitations of the messaging service - it would be great to be able to tailor messages to particular services.

Mainly the time spent administering bookings which used to happen on an excel spreadsheet! I've saved time and given ownership of booking our spaces to the customer.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

10to8 makes reserving my service a breeze. Very easy for my clients to book on-line and automatically sends out reminders to help eliminate no-shows. I've been so happy with the convenience it's provided for my business that I've upgraded to a more advanced plan so I get more thorough with booking my clients and tailoring it specifically to my needs. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Honestly, I haven't disliked anything so far. Customer service has been great. Everything is easy. If i had to give a negative I would say I want specifically texted reminders to my clients but that's what the upgrades are for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Intuitive UI. Quick service if you ever need assistance. Nice design and clean feel. The diary tool is pretty great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Chinese translations are a little rough around the edges, but it's still serviceable. Getting set up takes a bit of time, and if you have high turnover there's a bit of a learning curve for teachers and admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I love how much easier 10to8 makes my life! As a coach, I can spend my time serving my clients instead of wasting time managing my schedule! Plus, I never have to think about sending out reminder emails & texts. 10to8 does that for me automatically. And being able to use Zapier into the mix makes it even better! I wish they offered the option to personalize the reminder emails I send to clients with the Basic account. As a solopreneur, I don't need all the extra features of the next level (Grow) but I do want that particular option! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
