That I can't look up customers appointment history. I have to scroll through the calendar or look at their file that we keep to see when they were in last.

I very much like the ease of setting up 10to8 with various different services and the options you have. Paid bookings, free bookings, the fact the system sends reminder messages is very useful. I like that I can message my customers directly via 10to8. The reporting tool is useful and I use it a lot to report to my boss. The merge customers function is useful. Having to approve all the bookings (although I know I could use the auto approve function) and the fact the customers cannot book onto a course/several lessons all at once
The limitations of the messaging service - it would be great to be able to tailor messages to particular services.

10to8 makes reserving my service a breeze. Very easy for my clients to book on-line and automatically sends out reminders to help eliminate no-shows. I've been so happy with the convenience it's provided for my business that I've upgraded to a more advanced plan so I get more thorough with booking my clients and tailoring it specifically to my needs. Honestly, I haven't disliked anything so far. Customer service has been great. Everything is easy. If i had to give a negative I would say I want specifically texted reminders to my clients but that's what the upgrades are for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
