One of the most helpful things about VOIP is it's ease of use and the fact that you can add a list of contacts for those that you contact on a regular basis and then just click their name or # and dial Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that it if the internet is sluggish or down, then you have no VOIP, meaning no phone to make calls, unless you have backup hard landline, which most organizations do not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
