Sightline by Consilio Pros and Cons

I like the functionality of Sightline. I set up a lot of reviews in Sightine for counsel and contract review teams. I like the ease of use of the platform for organzing the database for the document review. I also like how easy it is to organize my searches to prepare to run my productions and the ease of setting up and running the productions. Our account manager Ed who was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. I liked the insentive by Consilio in which we were able to reduce e-discovery costs by being trained on the platform and being shown how to use it independantly. You need training to understand how to use it well. It does not automatically search for duplicates set aside to separate folder.

I find the interface to be unintuitive for mainstream use. The learning curve is steeper then I would like for a product of this nature.
