The self-service nature of the software is excellent; dealing with large amounts of data seamlessly, threading and de-duplication is also done with very little user intervention. The workflows make perfect sense and, despite the platform being straightforward to use, it is also capable of performing complex queries and being scaled-up easily. We had some technology glitches starting projects. We also do not like the fact that we ourselves cannot delete projects. We have to send an email and prepare a list of projects that are to be deleted. We'd like more control with deletion rights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the self-service nature of the platform. This allowed me to progress the case as quickly as possible whilst streamlining costs. It was particularly helpful to be in a position to detail the various steps, searches to narrow my review. It allowed me to tailor my tags, searches and review to suit my clients individual needs. This software is extremely fast at indexing through thousands of documents at once to pinpoint even a single use of the word. And the SQL functionality to filter based on specific commands is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many documents are too large to view. I am not sure what the maximum file size is, but the pdf viewer generally will not load any PDFs that are larger than 30 pages for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost was lower than it would have been if we had used Relativity. I liked that the tagging boxes could be moved around so that you didn't have to scroll to the bottom of the page every time you wanted to click "relevant". It was also much easier to log in that I have found on other platforms (i.e. there is no second, third and fourth level requirement for security. I found it very difficult to run searches myself because the coding infrastructure was too complicated. I understand that this is "one of those things" that comes with searching in eDiscovery but I think it could have been made easier and more user friendly for those who are not very techy. We ended up spending many hours on the phone to the IT support team to get trained on how to run searches and I think a better use of time would have been actually reviewing and coding the documents. I don't think the platform is very intuitive. I wish we could delete documents sets that have been incorrectly loaded, or at least rename them. I also wish there was a better filtering option in doc list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customizeable, intuitive technology. The customer care is also excellent and the sightline staff are responsive (even for very urgent projects and on weekends!) They really do go above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
