More of a process improvement would be maybe to have more o365 integration to link to Teams and Outlook to schedule meetings with people you are newly networking with a little quicker. **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to connect with other team members more effeciently and identifying who the right team members on specific teams that I should be reaching out to for specific needs. ### 5. Due to how interactive it is, it helps in finding people in your company. From other softwares I've used, this is definitely the best. **What do you dislike about Sift?** There is not much to dislike about sift. The only negative items are when people dont fill out their profile but thats not on the software itself. It works great for what it was made to do. **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping organize the company and helping to find the correct person one needs to speak to at a given time.
