It is a borderline life-changing program for my work and I find myself wondering how organizations who don't have a Sift equivalent get by without it! I love how easy it is to find what I need (and what I don't necessarily need, but would like to know nonetheless) - and I love that it makes it possible to get to know someone a litle bit before you even meet them. It definitely aids in forming strong connections! **What do you dislike about Sift?** I would say that I wish Sift was more integrated with Slack (would love if you could click into someone's Sift profile via their Slack profile). I also wouldn't be mad about more customization options in Sift - like the availability to add some creative flair (different color schemes, embedded playlists, etc.) to our profiles. **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am constantly needing to contact team members, make new connections and confirm things like role, tenure, name spelling ... you name it. Without Sift, I would probably have to do those things in a program not specifically designed for it (like Slack or Outlook). I can list my own expertise and experience so people know how to find me to ask questions I am best suited to answer. It's also great to learn about special interests that may match mine, like coffee roasting or Xbox gaming. Search is easy and showing other team member's location in the organization helps me better picture the people I work with and should be working with. I use it several times a week. **What do you dislike about Sift?** I have nothing bad to say about Sift. I love it! **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me find other experts to answer questions and helps me find peers of team members when people are unavailable so that I don't get stuck. ### 39. Really useful **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Fabio Alessandro C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024 **What do you like best about Sift?** If I have to select one specific feature i really appreciated the indication in the boxes of the number o dependent employees direct (positions just below in the organisation) and indirect (position underneath in the organisation tree). **What do you dislike about Sift?** The zoom is a little too overdone, I have to reduce it to have a more comprehensive vision. **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always can track the position of people I'm talking with or I've to get in touch with and I know in advance if it is possible a direct contact or it is better to choose a different route (to be introduced, to ask a superior etc.) to reach my goal and gain attention without creatin embarassing situations and appearing rude (sometimes it is this the perception when you drop a call out of the blue to some colleagues that for cultral reasons are not accustomed to talk that freely). ### 40.
