Ability to link custom URLs to our own internal systems for better understanding. Adding workflows are easy to implement. Their account manager is very responsive and thrives to help and support our teams. **What do you dislike about Sift?** Not enough historical data to make better decisions about the fraud abuse workflows. Some of the UI elements are hard to use and takes time to load (latency is an issue sometimes). **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sift is helping us block bad actors to bring chargebacks down significantly. Its not perfect because we have to block a lot of incoming orders to achieve that. It would be awesome if we can get back to very low order blocking and achieve the same super low chargeback rates we have been enjoying for a few months now. thank you sift. ### 39. Searching for orders that have been "watched" is so simple! **What do you dislike about Sift?** I haven't found a way to manually override a Sift review. Our orders would get voided automatically, but when the customer check in with correct information, we would need to re-submit an order using a totally different method. This might just be how our system talks to Sift. **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sift helps prevent fraudulent charges and saves our company money and time. ### 40.
