The UI in the Explore section for analyzing orders and users is one of the best features. Sift’s ability to condense a huge amount of information into a sleek, easy-to-read template is impressive. Since we’re in retail, it’s especially helpful to have a platform that delivers strong analytical performance. The pricing also feels on point considering how much the solution has helped reduce overall fraudulent transactions. This is my first time using a platform like this, let alone an AI-based one, but I was able to learn the system fairly quickly and my onboarding to the analytics team was smooth.
