This is obviously the only program any merchant needs to cover all aspects of possible fraud. The self learning has been more than reliable for many years, and has helped us base major fraud decisions moreso than any other platform. Sift keeps in close contact with us to see if any adjustments need to be made regularly, and really goes above and beyond in researching our companies' needs. They really do the legwork to know our trends and seem to be able to identify them at the same time as our business. We rely on Sift daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside that we've found in Sift is that there are changes in the page's style (typically on the user network screens) that are sometimes unexpected, but for the most part, take only a small portion of a workday to readjust and get back on track Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how we can easily make and edit routes, so we can adjsut based off team's needs.
Being able to see the impact that each route has on the team is helping in deciding when to make adjustments based off company needs.
I enjoy how quick it is to flag and mark suspicous activity for ATO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I struggle with looking at long term impact. Being able to review only 90 days back is difficult at seeing long term trends.
I wish Sift provided more information like device ID and was able to pull more consise data when reviewing information. There is a lot of data, but it's not all useful and not easily extracted.
The user abuse score is not always a great signifyer to understand their risk impact on the buisness. I often have to look at additonal variables that are outside of Sift when deciding to approve/reject a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful aspect of Sift is the data and information it provides during the times that I need to gather additional verification when I handle customer account. Such as linked accounts that are not present in our CRM but SIFT is giving us more information that connect the customer account to other accounts. For example I remember during the time that I handle a customer case where he is using an Apple Pay as payment profile but CRM is not giving us any options to mitigate the payment method if the customer really owns the payment profile. But with the helps of SIFT I was able to mitigate the fraud in the account and have clarifications that it is really the customer who processed the transaction and customer really own the Payment methd under apple pay cause SIFT was able to give me an idea that customer is using an IOS Device which make sense to the customer account. Apple pay is only applicable for those cusomer who are using an Apple product which use an IOS software so by getting this information from Sift it helps me to approve the transaction for the customer and at the same time send the money to the recipient at the timely manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sift can be a bit confusing at first when I started using it I felt like I was stumbling around trying to figure things out and there were a couple of times I needed he also the support took longer to get back to me than I hoped. I think the Sift is great for its focus on personal finance and credit health. It offers insights into people financial behavior and helps them understand how their actions impact their credit scores. One of the things that I like as well is the alerts and notifation that it do to some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me what is something that I dont like in Sift is sometimes the system is slow when Im trying to load multiple information on different tab, also sometimes what I dont like is it opens another tab when Im trying to check some details on a specific page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whenever I open an account for a review, one of the things I would always check is Sift and the account's "Network."
Seeing all the accounts that shares the attributes or patterns is very helpful when mitigating fraud, especially during those times wherein our CRM is unable to detect these linkages. It's very easy to use and to understand, you don't need to be that knowledgeable in regards to fraud to know how this works.
I was able to detect an MO with the help of Sift's network. There were no linked accounts on the CRM but checking with Sift I was able to see the numerous accounts that were linked via the device ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SIFT in a larger context of identifying the accounts and user with malicious activity and it helps us to find the phishing account associated with accounts via IP address and device finger print. It is one of easiest tool that I found to prevent the malicious content to go through platform. I use it almost everyday and the user interface is very familiar. I love that fact that Sift helped me track down around 1Lakh spammers and BOT accounts and helped me restrict them. With Sift it becomes easy to collect all vital data and work around it. I have not faced any issue till now while working out of sift. I am yet to explore many other things and I am pretty sure it would be really helpful. Would address if there is anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like sift because it has number of features also we can easily find the networks of the customer account if the network is malicious so we can mark them fraud accounts.Has ease of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes a bussiness day or sometimes longer to get feedback from the Support. But the team's feedback was professional and very detailed. That will be great if the system supports more languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
