What I like best about Sierra is its strong focus on safe, supervised AI agents that can take real business actions while protecting brand integrity, and the founding team pedigree with deep enterprise expertise that gives confidence in execution

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

What I dislike about Sierra is the limited transparency on technical details and pricing, which makes it harder to fully assess long-term costs and integration, and the fact that scalability and consistency at enterprise scale are still largely unproven.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra addresses the challenge of scaling customer interactions by using AI agents that go beyond simple chat—they can also perform real actions, such as updating orders, managing CRM systems, and resolving support tickets. This has helped me by cutting down on manual tasks, speeding up response times, and providing automation that is both secure and consistent with the brand, which in turn helps build customer trust.

The accuracy of the agents is very good. SIerra.ai provides extensive customer support with ease of usage. The implementation and integration has been like a cake walk .
The platform supports a large amount of traffic at the same time.

All features are good no negatives as of now.But on a positive end we can enable more features there is always room for more.
