Some of the features are easy to set up and use after a few practices, for example, the Performance Insights. It is also flexible to custom add functions with Visual Flow Creator. It is quite easy to integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lack of consistency across the modules, they are all operating differently and will require to learn to use each module separately. I would say that the compute cost for certain tools is dispropotionate to their in house counterparts. But, I come from smaller start up where budget is an issue, if I was not optmizing for fiscal expense then those respective tools work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is most impressive about the insight hub is the ease of implementing items that already have defined types. The user doesn't have to do much work and can now visualize the data in real time.
