While they mention your contract is only 3 months, they will force renew you for 9 months after that. After 5 months we realized that our conversions had drastically decreased year over year. They are refusing to let us out of our contract. Our conversions have decreased 700% over last year using sidecar. Steer clear of companies who require long term contracts that don't delivery and just collect a paycheck. The machine does what we tell it to do and learns quickly all the time for better results. When the machine needs more input or tinkering, that's where Sidecars humans come in and they do respond when you connect with them and let them know your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is not a criticism as much as it is a tip for new customers. Like with any service that relies heavily on automated machine learning, it's tempting to just sit back and let it run without regularly analyzing and tinkering as needed. Sidecar is a great company that does an outstanding job with online advertising. Their technology takes the human piece out of the management of the ads, and makes it much easier and more effective to operate ads for thousands of product SKUs. The initial onboarding between sales agreement and ad execution seems to have had a disconnect. I thought I was clear on the countries we were running ads in; but after 6 months when I became more involved (because my mtkg mgr moved to a new role), I discovered our paid ads were being limited to basically the U.S.... so have been working with Sidecar to get those expanded to other key areas including the UK, Australia, Canada and several other key European countries... some of which we had to pay more for because they were considered beyond our original agreement. We do not dislike anything. We have had great success using Sidecar, and our rep is super helpful and thorough. If we any complaint, it would be that the cost could be too high for a business that isn't spending much on google ads today. Sidecars bidding automation allow us to achieve exceptional ROAS without the headache. We used to manage our adwords in-house and it was time consuming and inefficient.
