I signed up for what I thought was a simple trial, only to find out later that they locked me into a YEAR-LONG subscription without any clear warning! Nowhere during the trial sign-up did they clearly state that I'd be trapped into a year-long commitment. To make matters worse, there’s no way out of it. They keep charging me month after month, even though I only used the platform once. I feel completely scammed and helpless. This is NOT how a business should operate. They need to seriously change the way they handle their subscriptions. I regret ever signing up, and I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone. It's the worst I’ve ever encountered. When there isn't the same model, we have to manipulate the graphic design with shadows and lighting and spend a lot of time looking for similar models. Not all competitors show images with the same model. Some make you look. Finding the right resources for elearning can take a long time. So, filtering and targeting images, music, and video is crucial to save time. **What do you dislike about Shutterstock?** I wasn't always happy with the inventory but it has gotten better over the years.
