Furthermore, the ability to create account-specific microsites in 'Shared Spaces' has been a valuable tool to generate continued engagement with customers from the point of sale and beyond. When they wanted to sell us Showpad, they assured us that they would work on the integrations with Salesforce, which were fundamental for us. After two years without any progress, we are forced to use another solution. Despite not fulfilling their promises and informing them that we will no longer use it, they are forcing us to pay for another year due to the terms of their contract. Most helpful is the ability to update files and manage tags to display content dynamically. Upsides are the browser based admin panel and ease of use. Constant development of AI tools is great but needs to be available in multiple languages.
