I have been using that from both points of view to make it as easy to follow for my stakeholders and I have to say that it really serves its purpose. Customized dashboards together with easy-to-follow aesthetics allow troubleless use even for beginner users. Also from the admin standpoint, the backend is pretty intuitive and it's just a matter of some time spent to grasp the essentials, and then with some more experience, you just follow the logic. Whether it is a material upload, some folder/files editing, or user management, everything can be done easily with just a couple of clicks. **What do you dislike about Showell?** The mobile app could be improved - The pictures are often cropped, and the app glitches sometimes which leads to the necessity of closing and opening again. Compared to other offerings, Showell is highly capable and great value for the business. The sales team can access the curated files they need, wherever they are, online and offline, on any device they use. Video, documents, drawings and their own files all accessible in one location. A single source of truth! Plus it is extremely straightforward for the team to share large or many files that otherwise would not be possible over email. All recipients land on a branded share page which looks professional and most importantly enables the sales team to see who has accessed the content and when. The Showell team were also very supportive with onboarding and have continued to support us long after we signed up. We've been using the system for coming up to a year, and our Customer Success Manager Eetu regularly checks in on our use and is positivity receptive to feedback. Showell is the modern sales enablement platform for the modern seller. **What do you dislike about Showell?** We need the ability to dial back some of the Showell branding on the share page where our customer lands. This is the only negative I have - which says a lot. They have been receptive to this feedback already and I trust some tweaks are in the works. **What problems is Showell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single source of truth - one location the sales team can head to, to find the most up to date content to support their sales conversations. It works on multiple devices without any issues, and it has handy features. Customisation and branding are easy. User- as well as content management are easy and intuitive. From the user's perspective, the system is flexible enough without being complex and complicated. Also, Showell actually asks for feedback and they do develop their solution accordingly. It's great to see and experience their customer-centricity. **What do you dislike about Showell?** We've been using Showell for more than a year now. I have not come across anything that I particularly dislike. Some elements can be improved, like in any system. Still, I'm satisfied as the system is constantly being developed, and we receive annual updates and new features based on their findings and their customers' feedback. **What problems is Showell solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a centralised marketing team that constantly creates and maintain marketing content. These materials must be available for our Sales team across the EMEAI area in 6+ languages. Furthermore, we [the marketing team] must ensure they always have the latest, compliant version/information available. The system ensures our Sales team does not need to worry about having the latest, most up-to-date materials, as we can take care of that thanks to Showell. Our Sales team can focus on their tasks and know they have all the support they need. Also, the system helps our sales team share bigger documents and videos. Last but not least, the system eliminated video editing and presentation work for our in-person events. With the Showell KIOSK mode, we can create background content at our stands in no time. (Before we had created and edited PDFs in videos and put them on USB sticks...)
