Showcase IDX Reviews & Product Details

Showcase IDX is the leading real estate search and consumer engagement platform, helping agents, teams and brokers generate leads, improve their websites, and stand out. The Showcase IDX WordPress Plugin gives real estate agents and brokers portal-quality property search that is deeply integrated into WordPress. Indexable, and fully mobile-ready. WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING “I switched from IDX Broker. I get more voluntary sign ups than I did with old provider. I think that speaks for itself.” “No solution even compares with what Showcase IDX offer. There is no way I would steer clients towards any other solution.” “I have used both Diverse Solutions and IhomeFinder. Neither delivered what I wanted. Since switching to Showcase, my bounce rate is down 20%, time spent on my site has doubled, and most importantly I am getting 4x more registrations on my site.” “No subdomains or Iframes is probably my favorite feature, but at the end of the day it’s about Results. I think the biggest thing is how “sticky” their site becomes. With Showcase IDX, the retention rate is much higher.” “An IDX Feed That’s Above The Rest! Showcase IDX is a better solution in regards to search rankings. I love the hot sheets and the simplicity to create “hot sheets” for different areas.” “Best IDX plugin by far! Showcase IDX is now the only IDX I recommend to my clients. Visually, it is stunning and so much better than the other IDX’s. To top it off, customer service is top notch” “Best IDX Solution out there. No solution even compares with what Showcase IDX offer. There is no way I would steer clients towards any other solution.” “Best WordPress IDX, period. Simple to use (i.e. low bounce rates and high user engagement), great mapping with polygon search, fantastic mobile responsive functionality, ‘login with facebook’, ultra-fast, and they are always adding or updating functionalities.” “Converts website leads at a high level. Showcase IDX is leading the way in the world of WordPress IDX solutions. Clients love utilizing the Showcase IDX product with original features not found in any other product.” “by far the best IDX solution out there. Forward thinking, always improving, with a clear focus on the interface – one of the major areas other providers fail. It feels like everyone else is still playing catch-up all these years later.”

"Showcase IDX All Day Everyday!"

5/5

What do you like best about Showcase IDX?

SHOWCASE IDX ALL DAY EVERYDAY! From a developer standpoint it's incredibly easy to setup, and we're wholly confident recommending it to our clients. It's great to offer a solution we know our clients will love. More importantly, we know the Showcase IDX team will continue improving their platform and staying on the bleeding edge. That is rare in an industry like real estate that's notoriously slow to embrace change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showcase IDX?

I can't think of anything negative to say. They don't try to be something they're not. They stick to what they're good at and continue to get better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Showcase tool is an asset, but requires basic coding knowledge"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Showcase IDX?

The report variations that you are able to design with this product are endless, and extremely useful. Able to alter report based off numerous variables (I.e. usage, sales, manufacturing plant, customer , date, etc). Extremely easy to upload parts list from excel to search for data on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showcase IDX?

This is not a very user friendly tool if you have limited knowledge on how to use or experience with basic coding. Running reports basically requires you to write coding to implement the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Property search that our clients and Google love"

5/5

What do you like best about Showcase IDX?

The give me a website and property search tools that my clients actually use. Our team has used other IDX plugins in the past but our buyers kept going to Zillow or other portals. They now stay on our site and even tell their friends about it. Plus, their support team has been great and always willing to hop on a call when we have a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showcase IDX?

Nothing. We've been using them for a few months and are beyond happy with the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Showcase IDX:

Look at the cheaper options from others and you'll see that they are missing "must haves" for any agent or team. If you need a website designer or theme, they have a great approved list. If you're changing from another IDX provider, talk to them about how to easily make the change. Super helpful and available on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Showcase IDX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a portal quality property search on our site that buyers would actually use. Tried all the top IDX plugins before and Showcase IDX is by far the best one for our clients and listing pages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great IDX Module"

5/5

What do you like best about Showcase IDX?

Showcase IDX provides an SEO friendly IDX solution. As a web development agency owner, it is very important for me, and my clients to deliver an SEO friendly solution. It delivers everything you would need for an IDX solution and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showcase IDX?

N/A - the software did everything I asked it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Showcase IDX:

Before installing Showcase IDX the first time on a client's website, I examined numerous solutions to be integrated with WordPress. I identified those solutions through the WordPress Repository, as well as examining HTML code on various websites for San Diego, CA realtors. And all I can tell you is that no solution even compares with what Showcase IDX offers. There is no way I would steer clients towards any other solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Showcase IDX solving and how is that benefiting you?

My clients are realtors, they have a busy schedule. What's important to me is how their clients work with them through their websites. Showcase IDX helped me provide them with solutions that are simple and help provide them maximum conversion throughout their sales cycle.

I collaborated with a couple support team agents, their reactivity through Live Chat, Email and Phone was first class. I'm very thankful for the information they were able to provide me at the time I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
