**What do you like best about Showcare?**

Showcare has worked hard to keep us aligned with their system but also accommodate our business rules for our events. 

The team at Showcare is great - they partner with us to figure out the best way to meet our goals and they think strategically about events and how their systems can contribute to our success.

**What do you dislike about Showcare?**

It really has been little things, largely attributeable to our lack of understanding of the setup behind the registration system we are using. Once we were able to see the setup and what was involved, it allowed us to refine what we were requesting on the setup - promo codes (not discount codes in the current system we use) and pricing setup.

**What problems is Showcare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showcare provides a comprehensive, end-to-end registration experience for us and our attendees. This has allowed our team to focus on other aspects of producing the event and being strategic about the audiences we are trying to attract.

**What do you like best about Showcare?**

What we value most about Showcare is that they feel like an extension of our team rather than an external vendor. Their sponsorship and housing teams take the time to truly understand our society, our members, and our goals, allowing us to collectively tailor their services to meet our specific needs. Their collaborative approach, responsiveness, and commitment to our success make them trusted partners who consistently help us deliver a better experience for our community.

**What do you dislike about Showcare?**

Our only significant challenge was with the membership growth program, which we no longer utilize. While the team clearly had a strong understanding of industry-standard growth strategies, the approach often felt overly scripted and was not well aligned with the culture and personality of our membership community. We provided feedback several times regarding what we felt would resonate more effectively with our members, but the strategy remained largely unchanged. We would have appreciated more flexibility in adapting tactics based on the feedback we provided about our audience. While the program may be effective for some organizations, it was not the right fit for our community.

**What problems is Showcare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showcare helped us address one of our biggest challenges: modernizing and growing our sponsorship program in a way that better served both our organization and our sponsors. Working collaboratively, we reimagined our sponsorship offerings, moving toward a more flexible, à la carte model that better aligned with sponsor goals and improved their return on investment. As a result, sponsor satisfaction increased, our sponsorship program became more strategic and responsive to market needs, and sponsorship revenue grew by 41%. Their partnership has helped us create a stronger, more sustainable sponsorship program that delivers value for all stakeholders.

They are an affordable registration and housing provider that does not skimp on service.  We have had a great experience with them since changing over.  Their team is available for questions and always handles our suggestions or any technical issues that arise in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Showcare?**

I don't have any complaints. Our experience thus far has only been positive.

**What problems is Showcare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a unique setup because our show has B2B components as well as a B2C gate show.  Standard registration templating isn't sufficient and Showcare has been very flexible in how they utilize their software and personnel to meet our specific needs.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Showcare—their team is consistently responsive, innovative, and always willing to jump in and support any task, no matter how large or small. They bring a friendly yet highly competent and professional approach to everything they do, which makes collaboration easy and productive. What really sets them apart is their deep understanding of working with associations; they take the time to truly understand membership dynamics and organizational goals, and then craft tailored strategies that align with your audiences. They also continue to innovate with technology and AI, bringing forward-thinking solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate the attendee experience. Through our partnership with Showcare, we’ve been able to grow and enhance our programs and products, and benefit from their thoughtful insights.

There is nothing significant that I dislike about working with Showcare; overall, the experience has been positive and collaborative.

Showcare is solving the complex challenge of managing event registration, data, and onsite logistics in a way that is seamless, scalable, and tailored to the unique needs of associations. For organizations like ours, this translates into reduced operational burden, minimized risk, and a significantly improved attendee experience. Their expertise also extends into membership growth and marketing—leveraging data insights to better understand audience behavior, optimize outreach strategies, and drive stronger engagement and conversion. By aligning registration and marketing efforts, they help us attract, retain, and better serve our members. As a result, we benefit from smoother event execution, more effective marketing campaigns, richer data for decision-making, and enhanced opportunities to grow our programs, products, and overall member value.

Registration process organization could be a bit more streamlined.

Showcare truly feels like an extension of our internal team. Their approach is strategic, thoughtful, and inclusive, and they collaborate seamlessly with our staff. 

They are incredibly responsive and proactive, and they began delivering results almost immediately after onboarding. It’s clear they take the time to understand our organization, our exhibitors and sponsors, and our long-term goals - not just the transactional sales.

Their team brings both strong execution and smart strategy, which is a rare and valuable combination.

**What do you dislike about Showcare?**

Honestly, nothing. They are a small but mighty team that is highly capable, agile, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

**What problems is Showcare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showcare has significantly elevated our approach to sponsorship program development and exhibitor prospecting. In the first meeting they supported, we saw a 48% increase in revenue, which was an immediate and measurable impact.

They are also helping us implement better processes and structure to support long-term renewals and sustainable growth, rather than just one-off, transactional sales.

On top of that, our exhibitors are receiving stronger, more attentive customer service. We’ve already received unsolicited positive feedback about their team. Overall, Showcare has improved both our financial results and the quality of experience we deliver to our partners.

Showcare employees are extremely personable and take a personal interest in the success of the event. They are collaborative and willing to work as a team to develop custom solutions.

Back-end reporting can be a little clunky.

Showcare was super effective and efficient and proposing a solution for payment processing. At a time when they could have been frustrated by our last minute requests and changes, they dove into a solution process with enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude. They have been great partners in ensuring our event is set up for success and our customers are well taken care of.

Showcare manages our event registration and makes sure attendees are registered correctly. Beyond that, they provide valuable, high-quality service when it comes to cancellations, no-shows, and additional purchases, and they help keep those details organized and handled smoothly.

the best part about Showcare is the responsiveness to the customer - from the President down to support staff, they are hands on and no issue is too small for anyone in the company to handle - this is rare these days!
