Their template builder is intuitive and easy to navigate, enabling us to craft the perfect video template in just a few steps. I personally love how one can use these templates in various ways, whether you're sending them out as invitations or walking around the venue to interview people yourself. I love that ShoutOut feels designed for the lay-person end user, not a video production professional. Nothing is hard to do in the app. It truly is one of the secret weapons in our marketing toolkit. The back end is easy to navigate and the features you need are all there, plus lots of features you want. The flow for setting up a video template has a "wizard" that leads you through creation end to end. I personally love selecting the background music from the vast in-app library, and designing the video intros and outros. Basically, I love that ShoutOut makes me feel like I'm creating something that looks professional, even when I'm not a skilled video person. The customer experience is equally fine tuned.
