I like the way Shortwave organizes my emails. I got used to using Google's Inbox and loved it, only to have Google pull the rug out from beneath me. Shortwave integrates well with my Gmail account and provides me with what I had been missing since Inbox disappeared. Organizing by thread as it does is such a convenience. Unless I have missed something, I am unable to add my WiseStamp signature to my emails. I must add my customary signature individually for outgoing emails. Nothing much. I tried this software thinking it would help me speed up accessing, reading, and working with Gmail but in reality, it did exactly the opposite. The user interface is really good. It makes it easy to check emails faster, with important ones coming on the top and getting highlighted and getting bundled. I love the threads feature which bundles the conversations of my team into one thread. Link to a thread also makes it easy to check the thread anytime. I can define roles for my team which replaces the need for slack software all the way. The dark mode is super amazing and soothes the eyes whenever I feel to switch to it. It is good but it doesn't make the overall work productivity. The productivity is the same as with Slack and hence many people inside the organization are not moving to Shortwave. Best e-mail experience ever. Using Shortwave for the past 1 year. It organizes the inbox in a user-friendly manner. And coming to e-mail threads, it arranges them as a chat-like box. The best thing with the Shortwave platform is its manageability of the Gmail account, be it automatically sorting out the emails based on the categories or clearing the emails which are spam in nature.
