What do you like best about Shortwave?

I can organize my email to keep my inbox clean with Shortwave, and I'm able to send easily GIFs & emojis, as well as notifications features. No doubt, I like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still missing some very important features: the one that annoyed me the most was the lack of templating options, as you start working on things like recruiting where you need to send emails that are practically the same it gets annoying with no option to prebuild templates. What do you dislike about Shortwave?

I found Shortwave while a great idea not really that needed. The additional features that it gave me were not really of enough value for me to continue usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shortwave solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hoping to switch it to my primary email application but unfortunately, it did not fulfill that needs enough for me to make the switch. I have since ceased using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
