Shortwave search capabilities are awesome as you can elaborate and ask the AI more precisely what email you are looking for specifically, and it's fast. I also like the AI tweaking my emails and making them better. I never send an email anymore without AI upgrading my emails, making them more professional, elaborative, and clear. They have a new feature which is called Team Comments, where I can add comments to the team on specific emails enhancing my collaboration. I use it every day all day. left my other email program as Shortwave became my focal communication center and they made it so easy. Their support is quick and to the point so whenever I tackle anything they are there to help and provide some guidance. **What do you dislike about Shortwave?** It takes a bit of time to get used to this mode of work - empty inbox by marking each item as done. but once you get used to it you get addicted. **What problems is Shortwave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shortwave solves the problem of overflowing email stream management, finding lost forgotten emails, and gives you the feeling you can win the overflow of emails with some simple tools Shortwave provides. Shortwave integrates well with my Gmail account and provides me with what I had been missing since Inbox disappeared. Organizing by thread as it does is such a convenience. **What do you dislike about Shortwave?** Unless I have missed something, I am unable to add my WiseStamp signature to my emails. I must add my customary signature individually for outgoing emails. This layover has made my Gmail - with which I was very comfortable - clumsy, and harder to use. It makes it easy to check emails faster, with important ones coming on the top and getting highlighted and getting bundled. I love the threads feature which bundles the conversations of my team into one thread. Link to a thread also makes it easy to check the thread anytime. I can define roles for my team which replaces the need for slack software all the way. The dark mode is super amazing and soothes the eyes whenever I feel to switch to it. The corporate slang is conveyed by GIFs and it feels like the entire team is a family. Great product overall! **What do you dislike about Shortwave?** It is good but it doesn't make the overall work productivity. The productivity is the same as with Slack and hence many people inside the organization are not moving to Shortwave.
