## About Shorthand
Shorthand is the beautifully simple visual storytelling platform that helps the world's iconic brands tell their most important stories. Shorthand empowers content creators, designers, and developers to publish visual stories with up to 10x higher audience engagement, in a fraction of the time. Global organisations such as Honda, the BBC, TripAdvisor, and Sky Sports use Shorthand to engage their high-value audiences on their owned properties. Creating premium digital stories is often slow, fragmented, and resource-intensive. Shorthand solves this with a powerful no-code editor that lets anyone create, edit, and publish stunning reading experiences in minutes — without needing design or development skills. Prebuilt templates, AI-powered auto layout, and PDF import help teams move from source material to published story faster, while built-in workflow and collaboration tools keep everyone aligned. The AI Creative Companion takes this further, letting teams generate story drafts, explore ideas, and make edits using natural-language prompts directly inside Shorthand — reducing production friction while keeping teams in full editorial control. With Shorthand for WordPress, teams can create and publish immersive stories straight from their CMS, bringing Shorthand's storytelling tools to the world's most widely used publishing platform. Users can publish Shorthand content nearly anywhere — via AWS, their CMS, Shorthand hosting, or by embedding directly on their website. The Shorthand team is a band of geeks with art and heart, dedicated to helping content teams build the world's most impressive and impactful digital content.

## Shorthand Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful authoring tool yields beautiful results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 🗞 Joshua H. | Organizer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

Shorthand makes it drag-and-drop-dead easy to build beautiful web pages with photos, video, animation and more. Powerful customization tools keeps each piece looking fresh. And the customer service is fast, friendly and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

The biggest downside is that it's outside of our standard editing workflow and CMS. Although Shorthand can do integrations, those go only so far.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shorthand makes it possible for people who lack coding skills to nevertheless produce really beautiful and well-functioning multimedia web pages. This democratizes our digital production and allows us to produce beautiful work more easily and more quickly than before.

 ### 2. Easy to use tool for visual storytelling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stina B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

It's easy to use for non-techy people, with very little training they can produce beautiful storytelling projects. If you have access to a graphic designer or know a little bit of code you can produce even more spectacular looking content that works a dream on mobile too.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Nothing. Whenever we have wanted to push the boundaries of what is possible with the tool the Shorthand support staff has always been supportive and their response time is super fast.

If there is one thing we would love the tool to have in the future it would be to have the ability for multiple editors to edit stories simultaneously as we often collaborate on stories with people in different countries, but there are ways around this so is not a big issue for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Shorthand:**

Get graphic designers to work on your Shorthands together with good content producers and you will create stand-out content.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For online storytelling, especially on mobile, you need the product to be easy to consume but also have enough interactive elements to make sure that the user stays and reads as much as possible. Shorthand gives you an incredible arsenal of versatile tools to produce engaging content and the fact that it does so without you having to rely on developers saves you money and enables your content creators to feel more ownership of the production process and in our experience has also led them to produce much more inventive content. Ultimately it saves us money and it allows us to produce better content that is easy to consume for our very diverse audiences.

We often collaborate with people who have very little experience with tech so the fact that Shorthand is so easy to learn how to use is great. We run workshops for human rights defenders where we teach them a lot of different communication tools and Shorthand is always one of the most popular ones!

Several of our Shorthand projects have won and/or been nominated for several awards. Our story called 'Visualizing Yemen's Invisible War' was shortlisted for the Information Is Beautiful Awards, which is one of the biggest data visualization prizes, you can have a look at it here: https://www.yemenpeaceproject.org/invisible

 ### 3. Excellent & Prompt Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

As a student newspaper Shorthand has been a valuable aid in improving our digital media content and giving our editors more creative ways to present their articles. The guides created by Shorthand have been invaluable in bringing members up to speed with the best practice when using it. We have only ever had one small issue and support was quick and incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

We haven't found any downsides so far, completely satisfied with the experience so far.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Wordpress editor that we use has its limitations when we want to present important stories/investigative journalism, especially when it requires a lot of media. Therefore Shorthand gives us the chance to fully realise projects. For example we published an investigative piece on how our University was withholding information despite freedom of information requests, and Shorthand gave us an excellent platform not only to present media but also data in a digestible way.

 ### 4. Deploying Shorthand to increase the power of our stories

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan D. | Content Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The software is extremely easy to get to grips with. After a short trial we were up and running and making compelling web pages, making rich and dynamic content.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

There some minor improvements that we would like to see that are being planned - autoplay for YouTube videos for instance.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have access to some great photography and people to share their stories and our CMS wasn't really able to do that high level of content justice. It's early days but we are looking to improve user engagement and give supporters a compelling product every month in the Wilderness Journal - our newsletter.

 ### 5. Sydney Opera House storytelling with Shorthand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

Shorthand makes it easy for writers to share stories, but also for developers/designers to create exciting new audio-visual experiences. The amount of resource needed to develop original online stories can be daunting, but Shorthand shortcuts the otherwise prohibitive development process.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Downloading the raw page code was an important part of developing our stories, however this is no longer available in the standard plan we're on. This would make it easier for us to maintain code on our repositories/domains.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our own website has limitations with the CMS it uses. Shorthand allows us to bypass that to create interesting stories with heavily customisable components. At times, we've hit limits with this (from a dev perspective), but Jamie and the team have worked with us to create custom components and workarounds to help realise our otherwise unwieldy (creative) ideas.

 ### 6. Easy to use and amazing customer service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tove S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

If you have an issue or just a question about what is possible or how one could make a desired outcome - just pop in a question and they get back to you with a solution almost before you press send! They really look after their customers.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

The mobile version could be better, smoother.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We make articles that needs more attention with Shorthand. Important issues that we want to raise and have people stop and actully get the message, see the fasts and either want to share with their friends, or be engaged enough to donate to make the world a better place.

 ### 7. Shorthand is a simple tool to use to produce beautiful interactive stories.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

I like the simple WYSIWYG layout and the ability to create flip book style animation with flat illustrations.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Changing information within sections like multimedia captions is a bit clunky.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now easily create immersive multimedia stories that feel part of our website.

 ### 8. Fabulous, easy and limitless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elijah N. | Creative Artworker, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

Ease of use and endless possibilities!!!

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

With certain sections only headers are allowed to be used when the possibility of using other sizes would help (Paragraph sizes for example)

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Various issues have been resolved and created specifically for our business allowing us to create beautiful websites which have bespoke coding.

 ### 9. The platform that brings digital storytelling to life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick B. | Digital Content and Social Media Section Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The platform allows the creation of agile stories - without cast amounts of programming and development work.

Bringing these elements to life is important - customers want an online experience, where they can be given an engagement to learn.

In control - under an agency model - everything costs. With Shorthand, the costs are fixed and we define the producer. This means we can match the stories, to the best storytellers.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Load times can lag on bigger stories - but this may down more to our desire to create advanced published stories!

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to react to events and opportunities in real time - making immersive content in a very quick speed.

 ### 10. Super easy and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The ease by which we can edit/alter templates and stories within the platform. Makes review pretty easy, too.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

None yet. We've found the platform extremely easy to use.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Shorthand to create a web presence for an anniversary, setting it apart visually from our branded web properties. There are some brand elements included but the tool gives us more functionality than we would have used with our own CMS.

 ### 11. Rostrum_Fen_Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fen S. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The ability to create engaging content for our clients & the ability to wow clients by transforming their content.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I would like to have more freedom with the backgrounds on the sections, the ability to upload patterned backgrounds. To have body copy as an option on text over media.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For clients we are solving the issue a lot of them are having, the out dated .pdf'. Also bringing content online, shorthand has allowed Rostrum to develop our offering and provide more digital based campaigns.

 ### 12. Shorthand is ideal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

Shorthand has a really seamless interface and is very easy to use. The smoothness of the finished product makes you work look extremely professional. I also love the excellent and rapid customer support we have received when we encounter a rare problem.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I have not yet encountered anything I dislike about Shorthand.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can provide high quality online content to our students and teachers, which they find engaging. The main benefit has been not having to learn a web design programme or having to use HTML to produce our resources - we can focus on the content itself instead of the technical issues.

 ### 13. Revolutionary

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

User-friendly, clean, multi-functional, high quality final product, aesthetically pleasing, adaptable

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Publishing ZIP file system, inability to crop photos within back end, need to manually republish changes (amendments not instantly publishable to front end)

**Recommendations to others considering Shorthand:**

Highly recommend. It is very easy-to-use with intensive training made available by the Shorthand team and it has really breathed new life into our website stories.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Option to create more visually dynamic, attractive and engaging stories with varied multimedia

 ### 14. Shorthand Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Software Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The very first time I was using Shorthand was when I created an awareness story for a non – profit organization and the perpetuators were literally overwhelmed about the way the story came out. They later used it on their website and television for awareness. I cant say much about shorthand because it is what every story teller needs. The illustration features, the audio are all overwhelming features as compared to most of the software in the category of shorthand. I also love the fact that new users are given free trial periods which helps them get familiar with the software. The ability to share the stories on ones emails is another good feature I cant help but use frequently when I want the stories to go further but also the free illustration video tutorials are an amazing feature that make shorthand stand out from the other software of its caliber.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I have really not found a lot of problematic issues with shorthand but if the operators or developers of the software could allow for a free version then more people especially school goers may get involved in using the application.

**Recommendations to others considering Shorthand:**

Sincerely speaking i have not found an application that helps one create multimedia versions of stories but also share them in an instant. Shorthand has been my pen and tool and i highly recommend this software to everyone out there looking for a story telling and writing software. Shorthand is just beyond that.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit i have got from this awesome software is that i have got improve my story telling techniques because i compose a great deal of stories for many organisations especially non profit organisations which usually do stories for awareness.

 ### 15. Fantastic Customer Service, Saved My Degree!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

I emailed Shorthand's customer support team after I had accidentally deleted a large chunk of work from my dissertation. I received a reply from Alex Marshall , a member of the team who replied within an hour and had restored my work to the best of their ability the next day. They were kind, understanding and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

That I deleted the work in the first place! I can't fault Shorthand's response, I got the sense that they would do everything possible to help.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am creating a dissertation for university and this platform is easy to use and has lovely presentation.

 ### 16. Excellent product and support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

Shorthand gives us the flexibility to produce a wide range of resources from technical walkthroughs to professional development training materials.
The interface is very easy to use and the quality of the final output is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

There is nothing about this product that I dislike.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brief participants on our courses on how to make the most of their time on the course, both from a technical and pedagogical perspective. We also provide guides for teachers on a variety of teaching strategies and how to introduce them into the classroom. These resources have an excellent retention record with visitors staying from, on average, over 20 minutes.

 ### 17. Beautiful layout and easy to use CMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Museums and Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The CMS is easy to use and quick to pick up, with great examples to help you get everything just right. Their customer support is also very good and super helpful

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Nothing to add. Very happy with our experience so far.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enabled us to go beyond the templates of our normal CMS and really embrace media rich longform storytelling, but also blends in with our existing brand designs.

 ### 18. Love Shorthand - long may she reign!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The ease of use is key. Some features over the past year or so such as Set Focus have also helped to take some duplication about preparing content for mobile which is really helpful. Shorthand is fantastic at making good photos look great and great photos look amazing. It's so intuitive as a system that absolute beginners can design really compelling looking content in no time at all. It would be great if Shorthand were able to run more events and get some of the leading longform and Shorthand practitioners in the field to come along.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I'm not a huge fan of how scrollmation pictures appear on mobile. They can sometimes take up a fair amount of available space. I'd like to see a couple more basic templates and font choices available. Perhaps a sans serif font for standard text in the basic template would be great. Likewise, although it's great that we now a choice of font colours, some of them are quite weak/not bold enough, and the choice remains relatively limited. I'd also like more say as to where and how text appears in text over media sections and perhaps a choice of where exactly text could be placed in background scrollmation. Somtimes a narrower column might work best for certain photos, although I appreciate this would be harder work to code than just the left, centre and right options currently available. Perhaps more transition choices between reveal section photos would be fun. It would also be great to have a blurring/highlight tool available to have to rely less on Photoshop for those who don't have it or don;t have the skills for it.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows us to present and tell our stories in a dynamic and compelling way that our current CMS simply can't do. While we get both positive and negative feedback (rarely, but sometimes) on the way Shorthand looks and feels, the positive outweighs the negative by a distance. There are some really huge fans of the system at Cambridge Uni.

 ### 19. Excellent Digital Storytelling Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

Ease of use and ability to mix/repurpose existing content from multiple channels, quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Having to upgrade to access fonts and colour palette customisation.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased dwell time, user engagement and reduced bounce rate onsite. Reduced cost for building microsites as Shorthand content is now integrated directly into our website.

 ### 20. Great, easy to use and affective platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

The ability to make quick changes, making ordinary graphics more interactive through scrollmations and text overlay sections, and the organisation of articles.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

Not a great selection of colours for backgrounds and text. can sometimes become laggy when working on long articles (may be an internet issue though)

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

reactive content, live updates at events, press launches, product reveals etc. Being able to create work based on what happened that day.

 ### 21. Best Visual Storytelling Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

I like that Shorthand seamlessly incorporates text, photos, video, and audio into a visually interesting and interactive story for readers/users.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

If you asked me a few weeks ago, I would say I dislike the limited tools and options. But recently, they've been adding more features.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to engage users who read our straight forward text-only stories. Shorthand has greatly improved our storytelling techniques which resulted in greater readership and online traffic.

 ### 22. Deliver your best stories in an immersive way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron E. | Content Strategist, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

We've a lot of stories to tell, and Shorthand uniquely gives us a single melting pot, allowing various production roles to work together in a truly collaborative sense. After the story narrative is nailed, there is very little we can't realise from a creative point of view. That's where the magic can happen. With your creative approach in draft, the format is inherently easy to get to grips with and simple transitions can be used to great effect. With the right story, and your reader in mind, Shorthand lets you wield and deliver your precious content in an absorbing and engaging way.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I don't like that you can't edit , easily, after go-live. Seems a little clunky. A few more formatting options inside the set themes would be a great bonus.

**Recommendations to others considering Shorthand:**

We were keen to create a more immersive experience for our readers and the Shorthand platform allows us to do that with some elan and purpose.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internally, our people love it - it's a lot of fun to use and encourages collaboration. Crucially, we're creating content experience away from delivering mere text, making our content more powerful, persuasive and more meaningful to our readers.

**Official Response from Ricky Robinson:**

> Thanks for the wonderful review!

Regarding editing after publishing, with our hosted solution it's as simple as clicking the republish button after you've made your edits. This is also true of our quick and easy "embed integration", which lets you integrate your Shorthand stories with your existing CMS with a simple copy-and-paste of a couple of lines of javascript.

With stories exported to your own hosting infrastructure, it's a similar case, unless you've made custom edits to your story after you've exported, in which case you'll need to reapply those edits. Unfortunately we can't control what happens to a story once it's been exported off our platform, and for that reason we highly recommend that any custom code or custom edits be added through the Shorthand editor rather than by hand after export.

Since your review, we've also added many new formatting options to the editor, resulting in greater flexibility and more direct control over some visual elements. Of course, custom themes are still a great way to apply your styles and branding.

We're glad your team is loving Shorthand!

 ### 23. Turning digital storytelling up to 11

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea E. | Consultant, International Trade and Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

I like the dynamism, the beauty of the layout possibilities and the features that help a story come to life. This format allows us to add dimension (e.g. video, static shots, maps, etc.) that helps to give our stories the depth and beauty that is commensurate with the subject matter. We treat our stories and the people that we work with seriously - and we need a platform that can help us communicate that.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I don't like that you can't edit or make changes once you've published. Also, it would be great if you could manipulate font sizes in the body text.

**Recommendations to others considering Shorthand:**

Shorthand has been incredible so far - and we're just getting started.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shorthand allows our stories to reach a broader audience. Shorthand makes our stories more visceral, and ultimately more powerful, which is important since we really want people to understand more about the work that UNDP does.

**Official Response from Ricky Robinson:**

> Thank you for the great review!

I just wanted to jump in to say that making edits once you've published is as simple as making your changes in the editor and then clicking the republish button. Done! Of course, if you're hosting the stories on your own infrastructure and you've added custom code by hand after you've exported, then you'll need to re-apply that custom code. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you add any custom code through the Shorthand interface, then republishing your exported stories becomes trivial. Unfortunately, we of course have no control over what happens to a story once it's been exported from our platform.

Since your review, we've also added many formatting options to the editor, including the ability to more easily change the size of headers/titles.

We really appreciate that you took the time to leave us a review, and thank you for the kind words!

 ### 24. Impeccable customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

I had the pleasure of working with Shorthand's customer support team, as usual, a deadline was bearing on us and help received from Daniel Wolkowitz and Andrew Dekker was superb. Quick handling of requests from us, patient, calm, efficient and smart- thank you guys; you're an asset toShorthand, which is a great product that we have just started using and will continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Shorthand?**

I think there should be more flex on editing post going live.

**What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our brand, the challenge is to present highly technical content in an engaging and exciting way for the viewer to help bring to life complicated science that has incredible applications and ramifications in everyone's daily lives. The Shorthand platform helps us do that as well as adds a smart, clean and nicely laid out (yet different) way to lay out our content to complement our existing marcomms and highlight certain stories.

 ### 25. The word "shorthand" is used as a verb to describe the action of writing or recording information quickly using abbreviated symbols or methods.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hildegard K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Shorthand?**

What I like best about Shorthand is the ease with which the users can get to task and find their way, the beauty and richness of their final products, and the generosity and incredible swiftness of the support team at Shorthand.

**Official Response from Ricky Robinson:**

> Hi there,

We're sorry to hear you've had a less than satisfactory experience with Shorthand! This is certainly not the norm. As losing customers is a rare occurrence for us, especially where price has been a key issue (and never, as far as we know, due to the quality of our product!), we'd really appreciate if you can leave some more detailed feedback for us and our prospective customers, or get in touch with us directly via our support email. What was your use case for Shorthand, when did you use it, and what was it about the product that made you feel as though you weren't getting value from it?

Thanks for helping us to make Shorthand the best it can be!
