Jira and Asana are superior. Also searching for resources is impossible since "Shortcut" is a very generic term and they don't pay for enough SEO (far and large my #1 complaint). They're trying to be edgy with their terminology and configurations, but new doesn't mean better. Very accessible/easy to use, particularly with how new I am to remote work. I particularly like all the capabilities & functionality within stories. It would be nice to filter stories on the story view by epic. If this is already possible, I am unaware of it, but I think it needs to be prominently featured and not buried under filter conditions. Also, it would be cool if teams could be configured on a schedule. So, for example, Team1, Team2, and Firefighting. There are a lot of customizations that can be done but it becomes quite a chore to learn how to use the tool properly and utilize the customizations.
