What do you like best about ShopWorks?

It is clear and simple to use, and it has an option for staff accounts. It would be helpful if recent notifications regarding new requests were generated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShopWorks?

Accurate AI demand forecasting and austoscheduling that staff are required to work. It helped us grow our revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopWorks?

We had to integrate it into other systems - it doesnt come with HR and payroll already integrated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to forecast sales in a casino, work out how many staff are needed and then create complex 24 hour schedules for staff. It has increased sales and improved employee retention Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
