They are friendly, easy to talk with and very knowledgable. ShopSite's backend management tools are comprehensive and make managing our online store easy. I also like that they have an all-in-one solution that includes the store platform and hosting. It really made implementing the store and security features fast and easy. **What do you dislike about ShopSite?** The only negative I have is the limited shipping integration options. We ship all over the country and had to set our own generic flat rates. **What problems is ShopSite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The solve the problem of having too many service providers by combining platform, security and hosting all in one package. ### 2.
