The amount of storage space is small for the amount of the subscription. It would be nice to be able to upload more photos without any price increase. There also aren't any tech support numbers to call there is only emails. However, this doesn't bother me too much because I know this is a way to keep prices down. My favourite part is having preset templates to use when creating a new client gallery. I use this per wedding creating a new custom code for downloads. Having the flexibility to offer so many different products makes this more than just a host for client galleries - direct sync with the labs means orders are efficient allowing more time in business management. I like how easy it is to upload images as well as move them to new albums which can easily be created on-the-fly. I like the ability to mail clients their images directly from the app as well as the built-in ecommerce functions.

I wish there was a way to create emails and schedule them to send in the future. That would be extremely helpful. Right now, it appears that you can only create them and then send them that moment.

With an easy to navigate interface and a professional and customisable look, Shootproof enables me to easily present a professional gallery to my clients. The only thing I'd like to see in shoot proof is the ability to choose a smaller boutique business to use as fulfilment for my clients. Shoot proof is amazing! I love everything about it. It’s all in one, I get to have my contacts, contracts and invoices all in one place. I am also able to deliver galleries and my clients are able to order print products through the same site. It’s simple, user friendly, and worth every penny! (Which may I add EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE) .
