**What do you like best about Pave?**

the transparency of how i displayed my value asssociated with my stock options

**What do you dislike about Pave?**

nothing to speak of specifically, more of an issue with the concept of stating that unrealized stock options are actually compensation without a direct path to liquidity

**What problems is Pave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pave provides users like me the ability to see what their compensation WOULD be if their stock options, benefits, etc were there total compensation package. For companies emplying people, especially those who may feel underpaid, this is a useful tool.
