ShipTime Pros and Cons

Ship time is a small organization with a poor shipping experience. Slow rate response, poor customer service and very bad e-commerce integration. Very few functionality that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of the other shipping services out only work for American folks. Shiptime works for mailing in Canada, and is super easy to use. I've saved hundreds of dollars in shipping expenses and the best part is that there is no charge for their services with a Costco membership! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have nothing bad to say about Shiptime. Any issues that I've come across are because of the shipping company directly rather than Shiptime

Literally my only possible complaint I could make is that when I had to file an insurance claim for a damaged parcel, it took about 45 days to actually get the cheque in the mail as it ships from the US Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is not the best and can be hard to learn to use. I personally found it a bit confusing at first, but then it grew on me. It's hard to enter foreign addresses sometimes, but local addresses seem to work fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cheap rates and reliable couriers! Cheaper than Canada Post, Canada's main postal courier! They also have an easy to use website which is easy to navigate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have mobile app for their product. When switching between US and Canada on the website in the quick quotes there are issues and I am unable to retrieve a quote that way. The platform can be a bit cumbersome sometimes, it's not very easy to modify quotes, and a recipient must be added manually before a quote can be processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
