What do you like best about ShipTime?

This is a difficult question. The UI seems reasonable but poor functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

Ship time is a small organization with a poor shipping experience. Slow rate response, poor customer service and very bad e-commerce integration. Very few functionality that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipTime?

A lot of the other shipping services out only work for American folks. Shiptime works for mailing in Canada, and is super easy to use. I've saved hundreds of dollars in shipping expenses and the best part is that there is no charge for their services with a Costco membership! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

I have nothing bad to say about Shiptime. Any issues that I've come across are because of the shipping company directly rather than Shiptime

Literally my only possible complaint I could make is that when I had to file an insurance claim for a damaged parcel, it took about 45 days to actually get the cheque in the mail as it ships from the US Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipTime?

So simple and easy to use! Not to mention, I save so much every time I use it! I found with store front shipping companies, I would get address errors to other countries, not any more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

Nothing to dislike! It lets you pick which majored shipping company to use based on price and ship times. I can drop off the package, or they pick it up, whatever works best for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipTime?

ShipTime is such an excellent service that I was delighted to discover. It's extremely convenient and easy to use, not to mention affordable. It lets you compare the prices of the vendors easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

The user interface is not the best and can be hard to learn to use. I personally found it a bit confusing at first, but then it grew on me. It's hard to enter foreign addresses sometimes, but local addresses seem to work fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipTime?

Using their very user-friendly interface, I can quickly and efficiently ship a parcel or a pallet using top-notch carriers while saving money compared to traditional shipping methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

I wish they handled dangerous goods and protected them from freezing shipments thru their interface. Right now, I must rely on traditional shipping methods that are more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipTime?

Cheap rates and reliable couriers! Cheaper than Canada Post, Canada's main postal courier! They also have an easy to use website which is easy to navigate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

It would be nice to have mobile app for their product. When switching between US and Canada on the website in the quick quotes there are issues and I am unable to retrieve a quote that way. Automatically selecting the country whether we enter a zip or postal code would be an amazing feature to add! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipTime?

What do you like best about ShipTime?

Easy space to manage shipments, payments are processed immediately, each quote is presented with multiple carriers for all budgets. Ability to schedule a pick-up is also great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipTime?

The platform can be a bit cumbersome sometimes, it's not very easy to modify quotes, and a recipient must be added manually before a quote can be processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
