What do you like best about Shipsy?

I find the smart track app, dashboard, and business intelligence features of Shipsy incredibly beneficial. They change the way we work by providing real-time data visibility and a solution-oriented approach. The smart track app is especially useful for bikers for updating both First Mile and Last Mile. The dashboard gives us detailed real-time visibility, allowing us to plan actions effectively, and the business intelligence features provide insights that help us analyze data and make decisions. Some time site get down or getting error whicle downloading the data from the dashboard panel .

while tracking of the consigment user can not download event label data for that particular shipment without using BI. This need to be devlop for the smooth tracking of the shipment to know history of the consigment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Confusion between Parent CN / Child CN

2) Instead of giving a proper solution of any problem, most of the time we've been only giving / suggested workarounds
