**What do you like best about ShippyPro?**

I really like the ShippyPro tracking dashboard, especially now that it is integrated with Zendesk. It's really useful to immediately see if a ticket has already been opened without having to enter Zendesk, and to have a clear overview of critical shipments. The automation rules also reduce manual work and simplify daily management. They are also very available and quick to respond to questions or tickets.

**What do you dislike about ShippyPro?**

I encountered some initial difficulties with the automation rules, particularly the one related to the empty phone number, which doesn't seem to work as it should.

**What problems is ShippyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shippypro allows us to set up new couriers in no time, which can be used immediately with orders downloaded from different sales channels. The ability to make the right choice based on weight and destination has allowed us to save a lot in terms of costs. For our expansion, Shippypro has been fundamental.

**What do you like best about ShippyPro?**

What I like most about ShippyPro is how it centralizes all of my shipping operations in one intuitive dashboard. Connecting multiple carriers and sales channels feels seamless, and the bulk label generation saves us hours of manual work each week. I also appreciate the automated tracking notifications and the customizable return portal, both of which noticeably improve our customers’ post-purchase experience.

**What do you dislike about ShippyPro?**

What I dislike most is the initial learning curve. The platform includes so many advanced features that the first setup can feel overwhelming. In addition, I think the error messages from carrier APIs could be more descriptive, which would make it easier to troubleshoot label-printing issues more quickly. Lastly, while the support team is knowledgeable, response times can sometimes be a bit slow unless you’re on a higher-tier enterprise plan.

ShippyPro addresses the core issue of fragmented logistics and the inefficiencies of manual work. Before we started using it, managing multiple carriers was a time-consuming process and often prone to human error. **What do you like best about ShippyPro?**

I have been using ShippyPro for over 10 years as the E-commerce Manager of ErreBi Group s.r.l. and I can say that I have seen the evolution of the platform practically from the beginning.

We were among the first customers: I still remember one of the first newsletters received (which even ended up in spam) that intrigued me and prompted me to try the service. Since then, we have never left it.

Over time, ShippyPro has become an essential tool for structuring and simplifying the management of shipments, especially in a growing e-commerce context. The ability to integrate multiple couriers, centralize flows, and automate various operational steps has allowed us to improve internal efficiency and reduce manual errors.

One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the continuous evolution of the platform: it has not remained stagnant but has grown along with the needs of the market and merchants. The support has also always been available and solution-oriented.

I would recommend ShippyPro to anyone who wants to seriously structure their logistics and have a professional and scalable management of shipments.

If I have to identify an area for improvement, I would say that some advanced features require a bit of initial time to be fully utilized, but once configured correctly, they really make a difference.

What I like most about ShippyPro is that it centralizes all my shipping operations in one intuitive platform. I can manage multiple carriers, compare rates in real time, automate label creation, and track shipments without having to switch between different systems. The dashboard is clean and well-organized, which saves me a lot of time in day-to-day work. The automation rules are particularly powerful and help cut down on manual errors.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. In the beginning, a few of the more advanced automation settings took some exploring for me to fully understand, but once I had everything configured, it all ran smoothly. A slightly more detailed onboarding guide for the advanced features would make that initial setup even quicker and easier.

ShippyPro helps cut through the complexity of managing multiple carriers, platforms, and shipping workflows across different systems. Before using it, handling shipments meant constantly switching between carrier portals, manually comparing rates, and updating tracking information one by one—steps that wasted valuable time and increased the risk of mistakes.

With ShippyPro, everything is centralized in a single place. Rate comparison, label generation, tracking updates, and automation rules are integrated into one streamlined workflow. This has significantly reduced manual effort, minimized shipping errors, and improved overall operational efficiency.

As a result, we save several hours each week, see fewer customer complaints related to shipping, and have much better visibility into logistics performance. Overall, it has made our fulfillment process more scalable, consistent, and reliable.

**What do you like best about ShippyPro?**

ShippyPro offers a very intuitive interface and makes it easy to manage shipments across multiple carriers. The platform saves us a lot of time by automatically importing orders from Magento and generating shipping labels in bulk. I also appreciate the clear tracking dashboard and the customer support, which is always quick and helpful when we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about ShippyPro?**

What I find most inconvenient is the process required to print a label after it’s generated. I first have to go to the “Labels to Ship” tab to create the label, and then switch to another tab (“Generated Labels”) to print it. Since we have multiple workstations generating labels independently, the one I need is not always the last created. This means I have to wait for the page to load, manually search for the right label, and only then click print. It would be much simpler and time-saving to print the label immediately after it’s generated, but unfortunately, this option is not yet available.

**What problems is ShippyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShippyPro helps us centralize and simplify the entire shipping process. Before using it, we had to manually manage labels and tracking across different carrier portals, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, everything is automated — orders are imported directly from Magento and tracking information is automatically updated. This has significantly reduced handling time, improved order accuracy, and allowed our team to focus on customer service and growth instead of manual logistics tasks.

**What do you like best about ShippyPro?**

Smart UI and UX. You can integrate it with almost all tools; in fact, we were able to connect it with our WMS smoothly.

We didn’t have any problems, so I consider the performance to be high.

The only real issue is the price. Unfortunately, you can only buy a bi-annual subscription, and it includes very high shipping costs.

Support also wasn’t excellent, because they continuously change your point of contact.

I haven’t used much of the AI/intelligence features, so I can’t share much information about that.

Payment option are limited, last years they have also the bank transfer. then the plan are limited

I appreciate that ShippyPro is modern and fast and solves many problems. The time savings are enormous: Previously, the process for 100 orders a day with manual label creation took almost 4 hours, now it only takes 10 minutes. The connections to various shipping providers and marketplaces are also a big plus. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

I like the choice of the economical courier via API and find the invoice verification very useful. I also appreciate the support which has been really excellent.

I had some difficulty in setting up some couriers. I didn't know how to map some contractual conditions of the courier with the courier management of ShippyPro.

I like how ShippyPro interfaces with every courier, retrieving documents and offering detailed analyses. I also appreciate how it manages to save on shipping costs and handle the analysis of shipments and deliveries. Furthermore, I find that it works well overall.

I would say that being able to communicate directly with the couriers to solve problems could be improved. Additionally, the initial installation of ShippyPro was quite complex, I would rate it a 3 out of 10.

**What do you like best about ShippyPro?**

Thanks to the integrations already available, ShippyPro makes it easy to connect new carrier contracts or expand into additional countries without the need for extra software integrations. I also find it very simple to manage pickup points, as the platform connects smoothly with both our logistics management system and our e-commerce store. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to automatically obtain the best rate for each shipment, along with a detailed cost analysis, without having to manually check multiple invoices from different carriers. Additionally, ShippyPro offers great flexibility when it comes to quickly changing carriers based on the specific needs of each shipment.

**What do you dislike about ShippyPro?**

Nothing at the moment. I like everithing about ShippyPro

I like that ShippyPro solves the dynamism in quickly changing the carrier for each type of shipment. It allows me to connect new contracts or countries quickly without the need for additional software integrations, thanks to the integrations already in place. Moreover, I can automatically get the best price for each shipment and perform a detailed cost analysis without having to check multiple invoices from different carriers. I also find it easy to manage pickup points thanks to the integration with our logistics management system and our e-commerce site.

Shippy Pro is now $230 a month. Significantly higher than the $49 a month from my last review.

ShippyPro integrates with online sales platforms so that you can easily import shipping addresses and fill orders. In addition, you can shop multiple shipping carriers and compare rates to ensure you get the best price.

I appreciate the support and knowledge they provide, as well as how easy the platform is to use.

Having only one person to refer to means we get blocked whenever the person who supports us is out of the office. It creates a single point of contact, so when they’re unavailable, our requests and progress are put on hold.

Shippy Pro is able to analyse all carrier documentation, and handle a good portion of carrier-specific requirements. This facilitates a lot our work, since our integration with shippy pro generally remains a standard one while Shippy Pro handles many carriers peculiarity

ShippyPro has allowed us to be much more flexible in managing couriers for our e-commerce. Now we have more couriers available and the ability to change them at will quickly, without complications. Furthermore, we are able to manage different volumes more securely than before.

As of today, managing the prices of various couriers is not possible or is still limited to only a few couriers.

It has allowed us to simultaneously manage, for the same shipment and at the same time, both a shipping label generated by one courier and a return label generated by a different courier, something that was not possible to manage before.
