Shippo has a default insurance company which is themselves. However, the fine print says that the damaged item must remain with the recipient. So if a buyer claims damage, you must refund their money, and they keep the thing, or you send them an additional item. There is no way to inspect the damage and have a successful claim. ABSOLUTE SCAM! Stick with the shipper-supplied insurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're interested in finding a tracking link for one of your packages, you can head to your Shippo account and click into the "Shipments" section from the navigation bar. For any particular shipment, if you look in the "Carrier Service" column, you will see the tracking link right underneath the listed carrier service. If there's any improvements you would like us to make to the tracking link feature, please let us know and we would love to relay this feedback to our Product team.
