Not all shipping suppliers have offered that. Good, competitive pricing on shipping rates is also a big plus. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** Orders that are edited in shopify after being synced to Shippingeasy do not resync/update on Shippingeasy. I consider this to be a pretty big problem and it's making me consider going elsewhere. **Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:** If you edit orders on Shopify frequently, you have to turn off autosyncing. I'd probably go with another product if they don't fix this soon. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filtering out orders with SKUs of items that aren't ready has been big for me. It was nice to have ability to shop prices between USPS and UPS although doing so had flaws. Switching between providers required re-entering the package dimensions and weight, low level coding can fix this. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** UPS requires all insurance claims to go through the 3rd party biller used (Shipeasy). creating a claim was not upfront in the orders section it required searching their website bot. Once the long forum is completed the submit button does not send the application out. Hours were spent checking online forums, reinstalling different web browsers, watching Youtube videos and nothing worked. The completed form was then sent to the email address for support where they require payment before offering human support. The current set up effectively blocks any insurance claims from being made. **Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:** Only paid service offers insurance claims to be processed with the lack of customer support and coding road blocks in place. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** faster integration with ebay to streamline shipping and print postage at home. ### 31. At an affordable price and offering discounts on all major carriers (UPS,USPS,FedEx) I cannot recommend this software enough to anyone that needs an all in one solution. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** I loved this software and its inventory tracking capabilities, recently that option has been removed for all new clients but I believe that if they bring those capabilities back I might have to come in here and update this section to nothing at all that I dislike about it. **Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:** If you're looking for an all in one solution and off the shelf product for any type of shipping needs then this is the one for you. It's simplistic and yet intuitive approach to order fulfillment makes this the best solution currently available on the market, with the exception of ShipStation which I believe is a subsidiary company. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to batch print and ship orders at deeply discounted rates solves so many problems for shipping. Having a software solution that is intuitive enough to understand my previous rate selection criteria and apply it to all future (similar) orders makes things go so much faster. ### 32. We've used several shipping programs but they were all difficult to use, had missing features, or just didn't perform like shippingeasy. Staff is ALWAYS willing to help to and I have NEVER had to wait a ridiculous time to get answers to my questions. I love their new campaigns tool we've seen an increase of conversations on our website since we implemented this new tool and we feel this is going to start to beef up our revenue with the upcoming hunting seasons. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** One complaint is not being able to add multiple packages to one order with every carrier and my second complaint is when the program upgrades us up to the next tier subscription based on packages shipped it doesn't downgrade you back down the next month to fit you in the appropriate subscription based on the amount you shipped that month. **Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:** If you're looking to shorten printing time and an easier way to print your shipping labels shippingeasy will definitely do these for you and if you need something special they will try their hardest to make it happen for you. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping labels takes half the time then it used to and we can do that right on the orders screen using our set of default shipping methods, so we can print out 200 shipping labels in less than an hour now compared to 2 hours in the past when we had to enter the orders create shipments page. She got me on one phone line and Endicia on the other (no other support staff had done that yet, and I've been back and forth with Shipping Easy and Endicia many times) and even walked me through sharing our laptop screens to get the job done. Seriously, I was about to start looking to switch providers, because returns streamlining was becoming a necessity. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** I didn't like that I can remember all of the support calls I made BEFORE Bree that DIDN'T work. None called Endicia on my behalf, or share screens. Why not? Bree demonstrated that it could be done. **Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:** If you need tech support, just call the Shipping Easy phone number and find Bree Beeson. She's AWESOME. It was very easy to get the hang of it, and at any time I have been help up or had a question, the chat feature has been a life saver. Matthew really knows pretty much everything about SE that there is to know. The help has been very efficient, and always the exact info/answers I have needed. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** There should be a feature to "manipulate"(probably not the best term for what I'm trying to explain) the shipping charges. More like an up-charge/surcharge, so that there is still a margin to make some more chedda! Not only for us but for our customers as well.(But mainly for us!!) Most of our clients are already doing this on their stores/sites and are doubling up, if you will, by receiving the discounted rates we provide them. There is no form available to capture newsletter subscribers email addresses and I cannot use the abandoned cart feature which is currently only available thru Shopify. **Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:** If you are on the fence I highly recommend this software. Shipping Easy will hold your hand all the way thru the setup process and beyond. 20 years in business online and I have yet to run into a company that provides this high level of customer service.
