My favourite feature was definitely it's ability to help me finding the cheapest shipping price for the orders that come in and also letting me print the shipping label through the site. But I ultimately stopped using it since I didn't have enough purchases to warrant the fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I was first looking into it, I hated that I couldn't get an idea of pricing without having to be called. There was no freemium option available either.
