The founder is superb! Their team is willing to constantly improve the platform and feature is great. **What do you dislike about ShipHero?** One of the area of improvement would be security. Given this is a SaaS platform, it is important to strengthen and ease the mind of the consumers so they wouldn't worry about data privacy, data bleach that could ruin their brand. **Recommendations to others considering ShipHero:** Great team to work with. They are new but growing. Very enthusiast team. The price point and features offered work great for what we need. **What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick turnaround. Prove the value of using a SaaS over traditional development or inhouse system for maintenance. ### 3. The REST API and Webhooks is much preferred. **What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems, just a issues with the GraphQL API during the integration process. ### 5. Syncs up nearly seemlessly with Shopify with little delay. I love that the dashboard shows you what you have to ship that day, what's on hold, what's mergeable and what's late. Various places and options for editing inventory including using a tracking code which is helpful. They recently switched to an automated customer service solution, however if you can get in contact with an actual person (we like Niko) then their customer service is out of this world. **What do you dislike about ShipHero?** Sometimes Shopify syncs far TOO quickly to Shiphero and inventor, skus or other such information is entered incorrectly or duplicated in an odd way. Easy to fix a few different ways in Shiphero, just a bit nerve wracking when creating new products. Also, when they provide updates they eventually render older versions useless and make it impossible to print with listener apps. The endeavor app crashes often (far less than it used to, but it has caused major issues for our company including losing a big wholesale client.) **What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory management and tracking, inclduing using product history to pull sales information and predict future orders. Accepting inventory or sending it out using purchase orders, both custom individual pieces and bulk orders, using multiple vendors and locations. Barcoding products with printable barcode skus. Shipping. Returns. ### 8.
