I am satisfied with receiving answers within a timely manner. I have always received fast responses when using the ShipHero customer support feature.

I'm hoping they do not do away with the desktop version of the product locations page.

ShipHero solves technical difficulties, especially with Shopify connections, in my experience. I appreciate the fast responses from their customer support.

After spending time learning about ShipHero we like the ease of use, and the potential efficiency earned from taking on ShipHero. Our warehouse has been operating based on best-guess practices, and now with ShipHero we can solidify our operations and streamline our inventories. The rules and automations are easy to setup and the performance dashboards can help us gain more visibility on our output.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

Some integrations are still being worked on, so there are limitations there if you aren't in line with who they integrate with.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipHero is helping us centralize our inventory, and manage our fulfillment process, benefiting us by putting time back in our day, and ensuring less errors in fulfillment.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

The platform is intuitive, clean, and highly functional—it’s easy to train teams on and integrates seamlessly into our workflow. The onboarding experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to our specialist, Alexander Tiezzi. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to our success. We always felt supported and set up for long-term success.

ShipHero gives us real-time visibility into our fulfillment operations across multiple warehouses, which is essential for a fast-moving, seasonal business like ours. The reporting tools, automation rules, and inventory tracking features save our team time and reduce errors. We’ve also seen a noticeable improvement in shipping speeds since going live.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipHero has helped us centralize and streamline our fulfillment operations across multiple warehouses. Before, we lacked real-time visibility and had to manage processes manually, which was error-prone and inefficient—especially during peak season. Now, we’re able to move faster, fulfill more accurately, and provide a better experience for our customers. It’s also made it much easier to manage split shipments and track inventory levels in real-time, which has been a game-changer for planning and scaling.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

Our team has enjoyed the ease of use while having the option of being very in-depth.  ShipHero makes inventory tracking & shipment fulfillment so simple that I can't believe we didn't try this years ago. From receiving to packing, every step is very intuitive and straightforward. We were wasting a ton of time with other software that fell short or resorting back to Google Sheets but now we have a simple interface for all users to get information from any device in real time. Never again will we have to search for an item in the warehouse!

Everyone on the ShipHero team is very genuine, patient, and considerate of our time.  Avi, our Implementation Manager, honestly could not be better.  He takes great care in listening to our needs and immediately guiding us to a solution to ensure our time is utilized efficiently. Even in a rare instance that he does not have an immediate answer, Avi always follows up with us extremely fast and thoroughly provides us with the answer we need. Implementation was simple but very hands-on. It's easy to get lost in a new software but Avi was always there to get us back on track even outside our normal meeting times.  We love to tinker and when we do sometimes we mess things up! A quick ping to Avi and we are back to where we needed to be.  You never feel alone or abandoned after the sale with the ShipHero team, which provides us a huge sigh of relief.

At first, when choosing a new WMS, we met with all the top brands and there was always something that just did not feel right.  We watched all the videos on the ShipHero YouTube channel, and that alone made us feel much more comfortable committing to the software.  Once we got on a video call with Mark, who was our SaaS Account Executive, he answered every single question we had, and there were a TON of questions. Mark essentially sealed the deal by guiding us to a full package solution that would allow us to not only implement this new software but to do it within our tight deadline.

Overall, we are 100% confident that we made the right decision by trusting ShipHero with our business. Our warehouse is more organized, our employees are less frustrated, and our clients are in love with all the data we can easily provide.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

We have not found much to dislike about ShipHero at this point.  One small tweak would be to allow the software to recycle tabs instead of opening a new tab for some of the actions.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was inventory location and movement inside our facility.  ShipHero allowed us to train our employees easily to ensure all inventory is trackable every minute of the day within our warehouse.  No matter who is working on a project, we now have easy access to the history of the project, products and employees involved. WM goes on vacation, no problem! Everyone knows where everything is at all times.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

We have a ShipHero software account for our 3PL and love that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate! We enjoy the multitude of features including order management, inventory management, report generation, and so much more. ShipHero has helped us grow our business with easy customer onboarding and carrier integration. We also love having a dedicated CSM and team available to investigate any technical issues and to answer our questions. After switching from a lesser WMS, we found ShipHero was incredibly simple to install and begin using right away.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

There are several areas we would like to improve: one being more seamless integration of the various features - when switching between different modules, such as purchase orders vs order shipping, I'm prompted to login at every module switch, which is usually a 2 step process. Second being more proactive monitoring for tech bugs, rather than my team needing to capture the issue via images/videos, and giving an extensive description of the issue. Sometimes we're so busy that we aren't able to stop, document the issue, and go back and forth with CS to reach a resolution. Third being building out the billing functionality with more features and customization - all of of our accounts have different billing structures and it requires quite a bit of manual manipulation after exporting the invoices to ensure our customers are being charged correctly (example recognizing a carton as a single pick versus 100 individual picks).

We absolutely love the 2 way connection between Shopify and ShipHero, this allows for much easier order and product management.

ShipHero made it easy to connect all of our ecommerce platforms to one central location, saving us so much time and energy in managing orders from all over the internet. The automation is seamless, and the setup process was simple. It's also amazing to be able to track orders all in one place, without having to bother anyone for tracking information. We had one question, and support took care of us right away. Amazing expreience!

User friendly, UI UX is current and modern. The number of features is nice and integrating customers as well as multiple APIs is easy.

My least favorite part is their tech support. They're possibly understaffed because it often takes over 24 hours for an initial response.

The reports our customers want are not available.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can easily make changes to orders themselves, as well as submit purchase and work orders. Our previous software never allowed for that.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

I like that it has a great UI/UX for pickers and packers and all operations team that allows for better productivity. 

It's a system that solves complex needs in general to the most basics ones for a Fulfillment Center with an easy to use logic.

I like the fact that we can use lot products and FEFO logic, we can create bundles for customers based on single products so no need to make pre word to create them.

In general, is a system that adds value to the operation and visibility to the team and customers.

But what I like most its the attention you receive fro the SH tam to answer all your questions and help solve issues you might have either if its something you don’t understand or a bug in the system.

The API integration was simple and connects with our system perfectly that allowed almost a plug-in-and-play atmosphere for the operation. training of use is quite simple.

We use it all the time to check for pending orders to ship.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

What I don't like is some configuration sets that are a bit slow to set. Like when you create a new seller/customer for the general admin personnel you have to manually select that new customer in each user by hand. Its time consuming of you don't have a dedicated person for system configuration and also even if you do it does not add that much value.

I would like Lot customers to have a default setting that all new products created either by API or manually are created as needing lot since when a customer creates a new product this you need to catch it or the product will be inbounded without this characteristic. 

I would also like more reports and statistics about performance, general production and productivity an faster downloads of information in excel if you need to.

I also don’t love that automations need to be done be a seller (3PL) basis and not general for all operations.

Manage all Fulfillmetn Center oparation for us and our customers and have complete visibility of all orders and type of orders we need to ship.

I think ShipHero is quite a good system but it does have some glitches and some features that do not work properly and you have to find a way around it. The pick and pack is very good.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

Magento API really needs enhancing - there’s not very much control for us as the user/brand and also the limitations have caused us real logistical issues when launching a new website.

The support for the size of shiphero and the type of business is quite poor. I really hope that ShipHero sort this out as they are killing their own business by offering a poor support service.

I am still waiting for 2 months to hear back from Professional Services (a chargeable service) purely to delete some SKUs in bulk which we are not able to do manually due to the volume.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

ShipHero has been an incredible partner in our growth as a 3PL. The platform is intuitive and built with the needs of fulfillment operators in mind—focusing on the core functionality that actually drives warehouse performance. We’ve seen firsthand how they prioritize enabling their partners: opening up their APIs, providing smooth integrations with Make.com, and continually expanding functionality in ways that support our needs as a scaling 3PL.

The support team has been exceptional. We’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Matt Wolmer and several past account managers who have gone above and beyond to understand our business and help us get the most out of the platform. Their responsiveness and genuine commitment to problem-solving make a huge difference.

We’re also incredibly impressed by the events ShipHero hosts. These gatherings bring the community together, spark innovation, and help all of us push the platform forward. The sense of collaboration they foster among operators, developers, and ShipHero’s own team is rare in the industry.

Another huge advantage is their carrier integrations. These integrations have been a game-changer for us—unlocking meaningful shipping cost savings for our clients and simplifying what used to be a complex, time-consuming process.

We’re proud to be on ShipHero and to be building our business on a platform led by Aaron, whose leadership and vision inspire confidence that we’re in good hands for the long term.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

While so much about ShipHero is best-in-class, the billing functionality remains a pain point. We still have to manually create invoices each week because the QuickBooks integration doesn’t leverage predefined relationships between ShipHero’s fees and their corresponding revenue line items. This is a well-known issue across the 3PL community.

That said, we’re encouraged that conversations are actively happening to address this. ShipHero’s leadership and support team have acknowledged the challenge and are engaging with partners like us to work toward a solution. We’re optimistic that these discussions will result in meaningful improvements in the near future.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rate shopping in ShipHero has been a massive step up from our previous WMS. It empowers us to deliver the best possible shipping outcomes for our clients, and the deep list of native carrier integrations has unlocked meaningful cost savings that we can pass directly to them.

Combined with its bulk shipping capabilities and robust Shopify integration, ShipHero offers a truly hard-to-beat solution for 3PLs like ours.

We’re also excited about the upcoming License Plate functionality. When we first reviewed ShipHero three years ago, this was the one feature we felt was missing for us as a 3PL. Seeing it now coming to fruition reinforces our confidence that the platform is headed in the right direction and continually innovating to meet our needs.

You can use it out of the box. They provide a full academy at your disposal, and we have used it to train all our managers and hourly.

I am not in love with the cycle counting screens and the ability to get base reporting from any open counts.

The user interface is extremely easy to use. The Shiphero team understands my issues and what changes need to be made. Implementation has been great! Our Onboarding Specialist has been FANTASTIC. Avi is always available and quick to respond to any questions we have. Our Sales Rep, Alex, was great also. He was upfront about everything that goes into the price and was able to work with us to make it happen.

that they are well versed in the industry requirements and are able to be tailored to each person. they have an amazing support staff. Especially my implementation manager, Avi, was so great and truly was patient and helpful in helping me not only understand the software but the industry as well.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

It's has been a crutial tool to enable scaling our business. All the tools for inventory and order management and tracking are amazing. The ease of integration has been a joy to our ecommerce clients. The software itself is very easy to use and self intuitive, has made onboarding both our clients and employees a breeze. It has all the tools you need to run a state of the art operation. As as cherry on top the customer support and specially in our case Catalina Galvis has been an lifesaver, always following up our reports with quick answers and quick solutions everytime we had needed it. We have been using shiphero since we started as a small ecommerce fulfillment company and will continue to be our ally in our regional omnichanell fulfillment for our local market and cross border fulfillment.

I have not had a lot of negative things to say about ShipHero. The only thing I can think of so far is that having an android app for packing would have prevented us from having to purchase a new iPad.

The implementation team was very informative and we were able to implement in less than 2 months.  The Netsuite integration team worked simultaneously for a successful launch.  All Shiphero team members have been very accessible and quick to reply to our inquiries .

I find it to be fairly intuitive software and easy to implement, but when we have questions or need direction the support is top notch! I can't thank our CS manager Cathy and her team enough for all of the assistance they provide. We just recently expanded operations to a second location and they have been a huge proponent in our ability to do it smoothly and without any noticeable pauses in our service. We really think of them as an extension of our team as they provide not only knowledge, but offer up unique solutions to issues we encounter - which is pretty rare in today's CS landscape. We can't thank them enough!! Cathy's team is 10/10.

Often run into missing features/functionality that seem obvious, but have been missed or not given enough attention.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

Easy to train new staff on its basics, allowing new employees to begin picking and packing orders on their first day. The WMS will even speak to staff in other languages step-by-step to help them learn how to pick orders.

Offers a huge array of functionalities such as insight into labor analytics, shipment reports for customers, easy integrations with customer web-hosting platforms, generating return labels. Also offers consistent interaction with Shopify, Woocommerce etc that allows orders to be edited, canceled, set as priority without any communication issues between each platform (something we experienced with other WMS providers). They have a solid customer service team as well. Our customer service manager is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. They really work hard to hand-pick the best team members.

Excellent redundancy measures when picking and packing orders. Also compatible with an adaptive packing station, allowing staff to simply press 2 buttons to pack orders. Complete removal of mouse and keyboard significantly speeds up the shipping process. 

Receiving procedures are very easy as well. Customers create purchase orders, our staff receive against them, and inventory is immediately available to be picked and shipped. The Purchase Order functionality also offers uploading of photos for received shipments or rejected inventory that may have arrived damaged that attaches to each PO. Hugely helpful for damaged goods organization and customer visualization of received inventory.

Very IOS compatible, making picking orders via ipads an incredibly easy process for anyone to learn. We sort our packages in-house as well and utilize ShipHero's package sorting feature daily. It's accurate and fast. 

One of our favorite functionalities is the flexibility of ShipHero's automation rules. These were a huge contributor to our decision to switch WMS providers. These rules allow you to pre-set package sizes for efficient packing based on individual SKUs or the number of units in an order, direct staff to add gift notes for specific SKUs, choose specific carriers for specific items, or even automatically cancel orders for specific parts of the world if the customer has other 3PLs in other countries. These examples really don't even touch the amount of things that can be done with the amount of automation rules offered, but they are some of the ones we use most often.

Very easy onboarding for new customers, user-friendly interface as well. Ultimately a big selling point for us when we onboard new customers. Every customer we have is very happy with it, no matter the size of their business. It can easily accommodate thousands of orders per day.

Very honestly, there are no downsides to switching to Shiphero. They have allowed us incomparable optics into our complex operation that consists of shipping thousands of orders with extremely high accuracy all day long. We tried two other WMS providers before making the switch and could not be happier with our decision. They are lightyears ahead of other WMS providers. No doubts that ShipHero will continue to allow us to scale our operation to multiple warehouses.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

Occasional bugs that may require a page refresh or a log out/log in to fix, some delays in customer service which have caused significant issues to be fixed upwards of 1 week after a ticket was submitted (specifically with wholesale order functionalities). However, the ShipHero development team ultimately met with us to get our feedback on this functionality and fixed it accordingly. This was also before we were assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Since then, their service has been excellent. 
Difficulty onboarding the WMS to our warehouse. 

Originally told we would have a ShipHero representative arrive on-site to aid with onboarding, but this did not happen. Without in-person guidance, the basics were very easy to grasp and implement, but it would have been helpful to receive in-person guidance on additional complex backend functionalities and optimization of pick-lines. It should be noted no other WMS providers offer in-person training and it was not a big issue that this did not occur, but it would have made admin operation easier earlier on. Operating as an admin for my warehouse was initially overwhelming but is now easy.

ShipHero automates the 3PL receiving, returns, picking, packing, package sorting, rate-shopping, and labor analytics process, saving our operation an incredible amount of time to focus on other business aspects. These automations allow our staff to operate at a significantly faster rate than our previous WMS providers.

I appreciate that new features are constantly being worked on to improve offering. The system is robust and serves our needs. They finally figured out a great system for tickets and customer service. Engineering is still the black hole where tickets go to die, but generally the service is excellent and I love working with the team members assigned to us.

I can always tell when ShipHero is rolling out a new feature because everything in the system starts to break and go haywire for about 2 weeks. Its like clockwork. I appreciate for that reason they don't roll out new features in Q4, but its astounding to me a software company like ShipHero rarely (if ever in recent memory) can have a smooth rollout of new features without some sort of an uptick in other system issues. 

Would also love if they could roll out a complete EDI solution and not a half baked one just to check a box after a tweet was erronously sent by Aaron that a full fledged SPS connection was available (August 2022).

We've utilized it for 3 months now and it just works. Their onboarding team was great and has all the support we need which isn't often because ShipHero just works.

This is minor. Prior when on ShipStation we were able to utilize their negotiated UPS rates which were better than negotiated rates from Hawaii. However, there are no negotiated rates with UPS, however you can ship with UPS from your own account.

In comparison to other WMS softwares, I love how ShipHero is built for e-Commerce specifically versus many other legacy softwares which come from more retail warehouse management. It is easy to get started as well and also love that more features continue to get released given how quickly things in e-Commerce change. The ability to adapt to these changes as well as differing customer needs has stood out!

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

I think previously I would have said the slowness to get a response on a ticket, especially if something urgent is preventing from getting orders shipped.

I have seen a significant improvement here. I do dislike the priority of the ticket has been removed when submitting, but I can imagine this was being overused before. Having a dedicated CSM has improved this area greatly for us.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipHero has helped us automate our 3PL operations and ensure an extremely high level of accuracy via the use of the barcode system. We are also able to manage inventory extremely accurately using the software.

ShipHero is mindful of the operations on the floor. Many softwares are built by engineers only, but you can tell that operators were involved in ShipHero's software building process. The workflows are built with checks-and-balances, as lean as possible. It's easy to use, a ton of useful features, attentive customer support through ticketing system, and easy onboarding implementation process.

The Client-facing portal can use a facelift and more reporting functions. Some features should not be present on the Client facing side at all, or an easier way to disable them and remove from Client facing access completely. Certainly not a deal breaker. More of a want than a need, but all the small things add up to make a difference in the experience.

The software is easy to use/implement and teach. All the features are very apt for e-commerce businesses and we have never had to use an outside integration, Shiphero always seems to have out of the box integrations pre-built!

Support is also very responsive and helps take care of problems in a timely manner while also making us understand 

We have multiple brands running on the platform so use it frequently for all our ops and have never seen prolonged downtimes which we have otherwise experienced with other platforms.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

Some of the reps and tech staff are helpful  (Alaina and John)
The app is aesthetically pleasing
Works decently well with Shopify

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

Extremely limited multi channel capabilities
Poor data access (Example: For full details of an order, you will need to download TWO separate reports, found in two different locations. Each report only contains partial information.)
Incohesive design (Feels like it was developed by individuals who were isolated and forced to construct their sections without any interaction with the other members of the team, or their projects)
Consistent bugs
Many of the app functions were designed by people who must have only had a cursory knowledge of warehouse activities: picking, packing, receiving, putaway, cycle counting, etc. The processes are not intuitive. At times they leave out many important safeguards, while other times require exceedingly redundant involvement by the user.
Most of the features provide one way solutions that are difficult to navigate around and sometimes impossible to reverse. Inventory control and shipping in particular.
Poor order management capabilities (For example: if you would like to see the total unit quantity for a particular order you will be disappointed because it is not listed anywhere. Period)
Horrendous inventory movement processes. Example: inventory that has been picked neither changes location nor is relected anywhere that has data exporting capabilities. Aside from that specifc order's page, there is no indication that inventory is picked and waiting to be shipped.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ecommerce is, to my knowledge, the only strength ShipHero has. It seems to be relatively smooth, when compared to its other features.

Regarding multi-channel capabilities, ShipHero supports a wide range of platforms, including:
eCommerce Platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento 2
Marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, Google Shopping
Feel free to create your custom integration since we have an option to manage it using our API.

When you connect ShipHero to your channels, orders are imported immediately, and quantities are synchronized in real-time. There are no limitations on the number of stores, orders, or products you can manage. Additionally, we support most of the features from the connected stores, allowing you to manage product values, update orders, handle holds, and process payments using the main tools. 

Regarding data access, ShipHero provides comprehensive reporting capabilities within our user interface. You can access reports for orders (import/export), Cost of Goods, line items, shipments, and sales. We also offer the option to create custom reports that can be delivered to your email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These reports can include any data you need without size limitations. Simply let us know what information you require, and we'll ensure it's included in your custom report.

We acknowledge your feedback regarding the design consistency across different sections of the app. We are actively working on updating our platform to a new, cohesive design. While our top priority is maintaining system stability, performance, and user convenience, we have made significant progress this year in migrating to the new design. Our goal is to fully transition to the updated design while ensuring a seamless user experience.

If you encounter any unexpected bugs or issues, our dedicated support team and engineers are available 24/7 to assist you. Simply reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve any problems promptly. Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are also ready to help you create the optimal setup for your business.

Regarding the intuitiveness of our processes, we have designed ShipHero to simplify storage and shipping operations. We operate our own warehouse facilities under the ShipHero Fulfillment brand, which allows us to test new features and updates internally before releasing them to our customers. Many of our engineers and customer service team members have years of experience working with WMS platforms, and we prioritize user experience since we are users ourselves.

If you encounter difficulties using any of our features, we encourage you to reach out to your CSM for guidance on best practices and how to achieve your specific goals.

Regarding order management capabilities, ShipHero provides robust tools for managing and viewing order details. You can update and view each value of an order, manage orders in bulk, and utilize a complex system of automation rules without limitations to meet your specific needs.

Regarding inventory movement processes, you can view the status of picked inventory on the order page in the totes section or in the totes report. 
Picker and packer reports will help you to see any logs of picked orders in a certain period of time.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

ShipHero has been a game-changer for me as a fulfillment operator. Five years ago, I took a big financial leap from Shipstation to ShipHero. Since then, I have shipped more than 2.5 million packages, and I have learned a few things along the way.

As I adopted ShipHero more, I found that I had fewer headaches. With ShipHero, I can scan everything, and once I got over the idea of not wanting to do "extra work," inventory and packing issues virtually disappeared. Taking the time to set up automation rules for boxes, statuses, and barcoding products made our entire operation run smoothly. I would rather have two, three, or even four extra scans than have someone look at a screen and tap to confirm.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

Please expose workorders in the public API

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core product now has new features that are truly impressive. As a brand that does a lot of pre-kitting, Workorders has been a game changer for us. It has addressed our main pain point of manual inventory adjustments not being done properly. 

Additionally, we can now schedule all our special projects within ShipHero which has enabled our team to work without constant direction from our warehouse manager.

To ensure that a WMS fits into our business overall, I decided to take a practical approach and referred to the API docs.

I wanted to customize workflows to run exactly as we needed them to, so I found a way to automate everything from reporting to prioritizing orders and notifying our ERP of PO receivings through the ShipHero API docs and Make.com.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

We've been using ShipHero for around four years now, and after experimenting with other platforms, none have matched up to ShipHero's functionality. We had issues in the past with response times to tickets but those concerns have since been addressed. ShipHero and there customer service team are very responsive and knowledgable and work diliginetly resolve any issues. The store connection process is easy to use and the picking and packing features within ShipHero are the best I have used.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

My main dislike is around cost of ShipHero's product. As a smaller company, the expense of this WMS is tough to take on. I wish there was more wiggle room in the cost structure to help our small business like our own. Despite this issue, the cost saving of moving to another WMS are not worth it so ShipHero wins out.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipHero's WMS allows us to manage our inventory correctly and make sure that our stores are always up to date with the proper invnetory levels, a absolute crucial aspect to any e-commerce business. On the shipping side, being able to rate shop shipping options for box sizes or add automation rules to strealine processes allows us to be very efficent in our daily operations allowing for more volume out the door.

**What do you like best about ShipHero?**

The onboarding support was best in class. I got all of the answers I needed and Alissa our onboarding specialist took very good care of us. My favorite phrase we got whenever we had questions regarding setup was "no problem we can do that" . Excited to see what comes next with our ShipHero journey.

**What do you dislike about ShipHero?**

1. The link between "app." and "shipping." is not very fluid. It should all just be under one interface.
2. During the setup there was no ability to copy automations or MWA rules from one account to the next. Caused a lot of redundancy in setup.
3. Reports. I don't like that I cannot set a date range to look at shipped orders in the reports page. I have to filter by the "order date" but I need to be able to filter by "shipped date"
4. I don't like that I have to select rows of data individually. I wish I could hold the shift button and select multiple rows at the same time.
5. On the main home dashboard I wish I could toggle the data to show one of my warehosues or all of my warehouses. Since I have both warehouses enabled, I just see all of the data together but I manage my locations separately.
6. On the main dashboard I wish there was a summary that showed all of my clients and how many pending orders they had to fulfill.
7. I wish on the user setting page it gave some kind of pop up description of what each permission means. Kinda hard to understand and set access appropriately 

Overall we love ShipHero these are just some things that we didn't love.

**What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transisitioned from Extensiv to Shiphero and it has solved a number of isses. Mainly the flow of data from our customers stores to the platform. We also have better solutions for batch processing and enhancing our operations in the warehouse. Billing is also much better.
