**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

The reason we switched to using their service was a more seamless ability to bundle products together. It has proven to be helpful for our purposes compared to our previous fulfillment solution. It also has a decent integration with Shopify, which makes the connection from sales to fulfillment a bit easier.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

They have repeatedly overcharged us. They claim to use an algorithm to choose the best size package for your items, but the algorithm is set in their favor to pick a box that is larger than necessary. Trying to get a refund took over 2 weeks for them to investigate and many hours of my time. They then incorrectly claimed they owed us less than we calculated. Their customer service is very slow to respond, and when they do, it takes tons of back and forth to get some actual answers. I would not recommend this service. Their algorithm also makes forecasting fulfillment costs incredibly challenging, since it's proven to be very unpredictable.

We weren't able to bundle items with our last service, so ShipBob has allowed us to do that. It integrates with Shopify which makes connecting things a bit easier.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

Slick looking software interface and website. We were sold on this but we have learned the hard way through countless emails, phone calls, thousands of dollars lost that we should not judge a book by its cover.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Outsourced customer service email and call center, possibly in India, means issues take at least a week to solve with back and forth, sometimes they can't understand your problem. Even with a US based call center, they are stationed outside of the actual fulfillment center so all they can do is tell you they'll check in with the ops team and get back to you.

Inventory sent to warehouse took about 50 days to become in stock. The earliest products came online around 2 or 3 weeks, needless to say this was an extremely stressful period where we had to deal with frustrated customers and issue many refunds. ShipBob needs to be upfront about approximate stocking times.

When the warehouse make errors (and they do quite frequently), they refuse to acknowledge it. One time we noticed the fulfillment/shipping price was twice what it was supposed to be and after bringing it up they emailed back a few days later giving a URL link to a help article and essentially telling us we were wrong. Only after persistently insisting we were right did they notice the mistake and issue a credit for difference. No apology made. Another time warehouse sent wrong product to our customers, and they outright rejected issuing a refund. If you make a mistake, you'll be charged many fees/hourly/charges for their time and effort.

Many hidden fees and charges (they have your card on file but good luck getting them to correct their mistakes), customer "service" team are defensive and rude, incompetent at best. Your brand reputation will take a hit, because they take days to fulfill, often ship wrong product, and so much more. Big headache. Please, do not make the same mistake. ShipBob knows small business owners are unable/unwilling to make a legal challenge because of the time and expense. AVOID, and use at your own peril.

If ShipBob makes a mistake, you'll lose money, lots of time, with no refund or credit and be left with no recourse short of filing a lawsuit.

Find another 3PL. Save yourself the headache. And when looking at the glowing five star reviews here and elsewhere, remember ShipBob pays for them and uses fake profiles. Sorry, I meant ShipBob provides "incentives" for reviews.

A lot of problems have been created w/ ShipBob, including but not limited to issuing refunds, delays, angry customers, foregone profit, lost money, stress, anxiety, and a sense of helplessness.

Nothing. Although they respond to emails, no resolutions are ever made.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Every order was wrong, unauthorised changes made, replacement orders to customers due to their errors took 4 weeks, slow SLA times 5-6 days to label an existing carton for shipping - everything about this experience was wrong. Awaiting refunds from their mistake now for 5 weeks. Shipbob should be a facebook marketing company, as outside of the ads they do nothing to service the clients.

I've been using ShipBob for 3 years, and I'm very happy with the shipping speed, their support and how easy it is to get help when needed.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Although it's rare, sometimes packages do get lost. But even when that happens, their support people are super helpful.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can get my products shipped to my customers acorss the US and worldwide.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

Working with ShipBob for more than a year now, ShipBob makes sure our orders get shipped in time form and from the nearest warehouse. We gained insights into our US-shipping, better stock management and - shipping rates. 
ShipBob is expanding its number of warehouses really fast which gives you more and more locations to ship from. Their team will help to answer all of our logistics- and customer questions.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Would love to get some more insights into the expirations of the products per location. They're working to make that happen I believe so our ShipBob experience will only get better.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipBob covers all of our US-shipping problems, we're not based in the US so it's really convenient to have a 3PL that makes sure all the orders got shipped on time. We gained valuable insights and better stock keeping.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

Constantly looking to improve operations for ecommerce merchants through technology. Something important during an ever-evolving landscape, and something that so many fulfilment and 3PL centres just don't do. On a personal level though working on Partnerships with Karley is one of of my favourite partnerships!

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

May be a little too tech for a logistics company, it's hard to articulate but sometimes a simple solution is all that's required. If I'm saying that though, I'm getting pretty nitpicky.

**Recommendations to others considering ShipBob:**

Take a look for how other platforms integrate with your cart. Many fulfilment centres are unable to connect to Shopify

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are very few logistics providers out there I trust. So many are legacy companies that don't even know what Shopify is. The best thing about Shipbob, IMO is how well they integrate with Shopify.

As a merchant myself first, I've looked at over a dozen different 3PL and fulfilment centres, and Shipbob truly does the best job of consolidating everything into one place.

ShipBob continues to develop operational capabilities to allow our business to compete in terms of both cost and service level for our customers.  Over the past year, they have added a lot of experience and talent to the team allowing us to effectively scale and solution to meet our business needs.

User dashboard could be optimized but once you learn your way around it's very useful.

Ability to efficiently and cost-effectively process thousands of orders during demand spikes.  Reduce cost and shipping time with access to multiple ShipBob locations

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

ShipBob has been a great partner as Ample has grown. This is all really due to a team of people at ShipBob.

They provide us with specific reporting that helped Ample make decisions that directly benefited the health of our business.

Our Account Manager has worked hard to understand our needs and offered more flexibility than other 3PLs. They have used their expertise to give us business-specific solutions that have really made a difference.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

They are growing so expect certain pains that go along with growing together but ultimately they are there to help our business and we appreciate that.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just expanded into ShipBob’s Pennsylvania facility and are also using ShipBob’s new flagship fulfillment center in Moreno Valley, California. Storing inventory in different regions is key to reducing costs and transit times.

With ShipBob our logistics and fulfillment is completely covered. The dashboard is clean and user-friendly. We can feel confident that this area of our business is completely taken care of.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

We’ve been working with Shipbob for a year now and have been very happy with their service. Our packages are sent on time and the integration with Shopify and Amazon is straightforward. Their analytics tools allow us to do inventory planning in an efficient way and shipping from multiple of their FCs has allowed us to reduce costs and damages while not increasing operational complexity.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

There isn't anything that specific that I dislike about the Shipbob. The customer care team has helped us resolve any problems that we've had.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit has been to be able to fulfill our online orders on time from multiple fulfillment centers. This has allow us to deliver our products faster and at a cheaper rate.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

As a business that takes great pride in servicing our customers it was a big step to outsource our fulfillment practices.  After about 6 months we can honestly say choosing ShipBob as our partner was a great decision.  They have taken on the everyday demands of fulfillment and been willing to work with us hand and hand with any of our concerns or improvement suggestions.
We have seen our customers wait times (to receive their orders) continue to improve as we learn to use ShipBob and their warehouses most efficiently.  The support team has continued to help with any issues that have come up in day to day operations.  They have also updated their interface to better meet our needs as their customer.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Communication with different departments at ShipBob was confusing and not the easiest to navigate in the beginning.  

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipBob has helped us by taking care of the day to day operations of fulfilling orders for our customers.  This has allowed us to step back and see where we could be better and implement improvements.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

I cannot imagine trying to run a successful e-commerce company without a strong logistics partner. Outsourcing fulfillment to Shipbob from day 1 has freed up valuable time concentrate all efforts on different forms of growth. The best thing to know is that if my company were to grow by ten times in a short period, Shipbob would be able to handle the growth without skipping a beat.

At times the platform will make updates and needs the users to make updates accordingly. Although their support team is able to handle requests at a good pace. 

**Recommendations to others considering ShipBob:**

If your company is small and not yet shipping a good amount of orders every month than you may be better off shipping orders yourself. 

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since launch, I have not needed to waste any time fulfilling orders and I have been able to spend more time connecting with our customers. Additionally, as we have continued to grow, we have been able to use the ShipBob analytics to divide up inventory to other ShipBob locations to reduce shipping cost.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

You probably won't believe this, but before we knew about ShipBob, one of our amazing clients, Good Grains, had to shut down because of shipping pressures and expectations on par with Amazon.

Today, we recommend all our eComm clients to ShipBob because of their speed and fulfillment technology they provide so that smaller players (and bigger too) can compete.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Nothing, it's a clear cut experience and service that does exactly what it promises.

**Recommendations to others considering ShipBob:**

The best part about ShipBob is that you can actually measure the impact it has for your business. 

Add up all the costs you have today around fulfillment and then add in the harder to track aspect of shipping speed and customer satisfaction and see where you stand.

Guaranteed you'll be a better company for choosing them.

We work in the traffic and conversion space, not the fulfillment, but it's just as important to get repeat sales for our clients.

Speed of shipment and fulfillment is an expectation everyone has today and that is realized with ShipBob.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

The ShipBob software is incredibly easy to use. It integrates directly with my ecommerce platform (BigCommerce), and once an order comes in – it gets shipped out almost always that same day (if its bought a little later in the day, then it will go out in the morning). I can pull reports out to analyze my overall shipping costs and spend, and decide how best to allocate my inventory throughout the warehouses. The noissue partnership is great as well, and now I have 2 stickers from them going in with each order!

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Nothing. I needed a 3PL software that was easy to use and that had a team that would pick, pack and ship my products as well or better than I would. They do both of those things so I can focus on marketing, driving  traffic, building community and my brand. 

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipBob picks, packs and ships any orders within 24 hours (often within 2 hours) of the order. It tracks shipping costs, gives me averages, and allows me clear visibility into my operations.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

I was TERRIFIED (like many business owners probably are) to switch to 3rd party fulfillment, but at the time I decided to do so, I was leashed to my label printer and spending most of my day stuffing envelopes and fulfilling orders - I was unable to look at the bigger picture of my company, and I realized that I was preventing it from growing. Switching to ShipBob was seamless and easy - their team was more than reassuring and everything went SO SMOOTHLY with absolutely zero hiccups. Since switching to ShipBob, I've DOUBLED my business, since I'm able to focus on larger projects. I'm finally able to have the freedom in my life to be an owner, not an operator. If you are hesitant - I would say that's TOTALLY normal, but I highly encourage any business owner who wants freedom in their life and the ability to scale their company to consider switching to ShipBob, it was definitely one of the best decisions I've made in my company!  

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

I haven't experienced any downsides! If I had to pick one thing it is that they ship so quickly that a few times, I haven't been able to update an incorrect address on an order before it gets out - but honestly, that's a good thing. I've had nothing but a good experience with them.  

**Recommendations to others considering ShipBob:**

Best decision that I ever made for my business! If you want to go big, you have to think big. Stuffing envelopes on my own just wasn't giving me the ability to grow my business, and I'm very thankful to the team at ShipBob for their kindness and dedication to helping make my business even more successful.  

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to focus on the big picture, not spend my day stuffing envelopes. My business has DOUBLED. I have freedom in my life and I'm able to enjoy the things that I love to do, instead of being tied to my label printer and frantically running to and from the post office.

ShipBob has given us back valuable time and energy by handling the day to day fulfillment that's allowed more time to identify other areas where we can grow the business.

Old school design, but that's more an aesthetic thing rather than functionality. 

**Recommendations to others considering ShipBob:**

I was looking for a 3PL company to do our Kickstarter fulfillment and was very green to how this all worked. I'd recommend you just hop on a call with the guys. They're super helpful and are more consultative than salesy.

Offering 2-day shipping to all US domestic cities, and being able to fulfill international orders at scale.

- I beg my rep to call me... he doesn't
- They overcharged me significantly and only after weeks of fighting, refunded some of the money
- They misplace inventory.  I ran out of a $200 item.  Last week, they "found" 94 that were in their NY facility (after months of saying there were none there)
- My team sets up a shipment and they just don't ship it for 2 weeks

I recommend you use ANYONE BUT THEM!
