**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

A lot of systems come and go, and usually you have to integrate other things to make it work, which isn't bad, but with ShipBob I have found that not only can you integrate them, but you can do it quickly. On top of that, besides the basics, you might not need to do it because it's super easy to get online, and my support team finds it to be super helpful for their frequent usage, and when we have issues, being able to identify what happened + getting suggestions, steps, and even direct links to where the issue is, has allowed up multiple times to solve our these right away in an easy way. It's intuitive and it has its charm.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

The system can be a bit heavy and take a while, and while it doesn't require us to log in for everything thanks to their systems being so organized, it can take a while to get used to it. If you have multiple accounts, then it's going to be difficult to identify in which one you're logged in at the time.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It let's me know easily what is the source of the issue with any order + offers me solutions.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

Working with ShipBob has been a game-changer for our fulfillment strategy. Their platform is intuitive, reliable, and continuously evolving — we’ve seen regular improvements and new features that make managing logistics smoother every quarter. That said, one ongoing frustration is that support for Amazon FBA in Canada hasn’t kept pace with the automation and efficiency available for the U.S. market. It’s much more manual and time-consuming, which has unfortunately forced us to deprioritize our Canadian Amazon expansion for now.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before working with ShipBob, we struggled with the complexity and time drain of managing fulfillment across multiple channels, especially as our order volume increased. Manual packing processes, delayed shipments, and disconnected inventory systems made scaling feel chaotic.

ShipBob solved that by giving us a centralized, automated platform that integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Amazon. Now we can manage inventory in real-time, automate fulfillment workflows, and get orders out faster without sacrificing accuracy. Their FBA prep services — including labeling, kitting, and bundling — have saved our team countless hours and helped us stay compliant with Amazon’s strict requirements.

One of the biggest benefits is speed and flexibility. With multiple fulfillment centers and fast turnaround times, we’re able to meet customer expectations for delivery without investing in our own warehousing. Their tools also give us full visibility and control, which is crucial for forecasting and cash flow planning.

And while the Canadian Amazon support still has room to grow, ShipBob has absolutely helped us scale smarter in the U.S. market. The partnership has allowed us to focus on growth, not logistics.

We have been using ShipBob for the last five years, and their ability to process orders quickly and accurately has been consistent throughout. At the same time, it's been incredible to see their dedication to technological and operational improvement - consistently launching valuable new features and capabilities. The support team is attentive and thorough, always helping us achieve the best performance for our customers and our business.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

ShipBob is a large-scale 3PL with many clients, so if you consistently need custom, hands-on, manual fulfillment versus fulfillment that is largely standardized, you might prefer working with a more boutique fulfillment center.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipBob handles all inbound receiving, stocking, inventory tracking, order packing, and fulfillment, so we can focus on selling and marketing our products.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

We've found that our orders are consistently out on time (UK warehouse only at this stage), sometimes even going above and beyond, with orders being picked outside cutoff. Our account manger Ann, is easy to reach out to, and when things do go wrong which inevitably does happen in warehousing, we get good visibility for the path to improve. I like the interface, its clean and easy to understand. We've been at Shipbob 3 years now, and have only improved and grown together. Its easy to implement (think turnkey solution) and if you want to add more markets, they all very helpful in that process. I use Shipbob daily for reference.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

I would like to see more control over inventory. Should we have to put a batch on hold, I would like the ability to do it myself, rather than reach out to support. I understand that Shipbob is a fantastic interface for those with little experience in warehousing, as you can just plug and play easy enough, but for those with a deeper understanding/experience in supply chain, more control would be appreciated. I'd like to be able to select batches for specific B2C orders as well as put some batches on hold from my side, instantly.

More reporting is always good too.

DDP options for cross border without any receiver involvement customs-wise would really level up the platform for me too.

**What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order management in the UK. We never have to worry about chasing orders in the UK, SLA's are always met. Inbound is easy and kitting projects have helped streamlined out business.

The ease at which we can receive support. It wasn't always like this, but having multiple channels for support is great. Their dashboard and insights have improved, and I enjoy having those features available for our team.

Software is glitchy often, and quirky things happen that I can not explain. Some of their local logistics partners are not easy to work with (delays, not updating tracking info, etc.). This is an ongoing issue that they seem to be trying to fix, but it is persistent.

Sending out 100's of shipments each week without much oversight from our team is very beneficial.

ShipBob has been a dependable partner as our business has changed over the years. The platform is relatively intuitive and their network of fulfillment centers has helped reduce shipping times for customers. We’ve also appreciated the transparency in shipping costs and inventory tracking. If you do not have a dedicated account rep then the customer support team, while sometimes slow to respond, has generally been helpful when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

While the core features are strong, there are still areas that feel clunky or limited. There’s room for improvement in the granularity of reporting—especially for inventory accuracy and order exceptions. Additionally, during peak seasons, fulfillment lag times occasionally affect our SLAs. For a small business with limited resources, even small delays or data gaps can have outsized impacts.

I hate that On-Trac is used for shipping. They are awful. Since Shipbob added them we have had lost and damaged orders. Please get rid of them.

Shipbob is super easy to use, and connecting our Shopify store is done quickly. Insights and reporting is fast, and so is their support! Stock checks is nice and they think along.

The inventory section wherein they store all the Stock  and how we can view all those data is quite good

The claim submission is really painful, we had to submit all the documents, flexport was much better for claim submission

ShipBob is easy to use with an advanced portal that makes shipping and receiving easy. Due to this, products are checked in fast and as soon as they arrive. 

In addition, ShipBob has great analytics that help with inventory planning!

ShipBob also has a wonderful onboarding team that will help you along the way! We had a wonderful implementation specialist named Ankit Gupta, who is essentially a ShipBob Guru with very fast response times to any issues or questions you may have. 

With Ankit helping us through the integration as well as teaching us the ins and outs, I feel more comfortable and confident using ShipBob as our 3PL.

I don't think it is necessary when doing an external transfer to Amazon to have the original order split multiple times and request the client to go into each individual split to add FBA box labels. It is a very tedious task to do and can take a long time to complete. It would be easier to add the box labels to the master shipment plan versus every single split.

Faster and more diverse shipping options and more advanced fBA workflows allow us to immediately ship out orders.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

The number of warehouses they have globally.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

I own a midsized business with roughly $5 million a year in revenue from physical products that we ship to customers.

My experience with ShipBob has been nothing short of a disaster. The sales process was high touch, with constant communication and promises of superior service that turned out to be nothing more than a bait and switch tactic. Once we signed on the dotted line, our salesperson vanished into thin air. Unless you're spending millions of dollars with ShipBob annually, don't expect any attention or assistance from them. 

We've encountered numerous issues during our two-year relationship with ShipBob. One consistent problem has been getting our products delivered to their warehouse. Despite having made appointments, our shipments have been repeatedly rejected, resulting in out-of-stock situations and delays in fulfilling orders.

There have also been instances of products being damaged, destroyed, or lost altogether. This has led to customer dissatisfaction and significant financial losses for us. The lack of responsibility on ShipBob's part for these mishaps is alarming.

The company's payment system is another point of contention. There have been times when all our shipments were halted due to glitches in the system that acted as if no payment method was on file, even though we had multiple methods on file and were charged daily by ShipBob.

Perhaps the most infuriating aspect of dealing with ShipBob is their blatant disregard for their customers. We've had situations where our orders were on hold for weeks because we couldn't get our products into their warehouses and onto the shelves. Seeking help from ShipBob in these circumstances was like shouting into a void. All we received were automated email responses promising escalation that never materialized, and none of the responders had the authority to solve our problems.

In summary, working with ShipBob has been an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Their lack of customer care and the myriad of issues we've encountered have caused serious disruptions to our business. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before signing up.

In theory, ShipBob allows me to outsource all warehousing and shipping so I can focus on my business. Unfortunately, I spend nearly as much time solving problems created by ShipBob as I would if I managed my own facilities.

They offer a Growth Premium Onboarding Solution that made my life very easy as a start-up.
I was assigned an Onboarding Implementation Specialist; Gaurav Kochar (GK), that was very professional and easy to work with. He was highly attentive to my needs and had great attention to detail.

Initially, establishing a working relationship with their international shipping partner Flavor Cloud was difficult but persistence paid off and everything worked out.

Shipbob has a great user desktop interface and deep reporting on fulfillment and inventory metrics.  When they make mistakes, as everyone does, they bend over backwards to make it right

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

At times, they will get behind and miss delivery SLAs.  We've also had issues with lost inventory at times.  The interface on the phone is challenging for order entry and I would think they would have an app to improve the handheld experience.

Efficient distribution of our products to multiple geographies across the United States.  Receiving shipments from our production facilities.  Tracking of our inventory.

I think the best about Shipbob is that it works smoothly and if you have any trouble there is always a  responsive support team to help you solve your issues the best way possible.
They are always very professional, answering on time and giving the best of them to make you feel respected and taking care of.
Also, the platform is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

I'm not sure if it is a Shipbob issue. But I would like that they were able to solve some issues that occur with the couriers sometimes. When something goes wrong on that end of the process is sometimes hard to solve it o impossible because it don't depends on them. I would like they could involve on that situations' solving better.

Shipbob help us in keeping the control of our inventory and in making all the necessary thing for us to process an order and send each customer his products correctly and on the best way possible.

The promise or model of Shipbob sounds attractive.

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

Systems bugs and limitations that make resolving simple issues take longer while incurring charges on storage and other cost areas.

Support that is inefficient and prolongs and delays errors made by their shipping/receiving.

Demanding ongoing credit card, same-day charges, making invoicing and make-goods extremely hard to get from them; they hold your inventory hostage, basically, auto-charging various fees and stopping fulfillment if you hold them to task.

Management's refusal to engage when terminated, instead sucking charges and fees out of you while you try to draw down or transfer inventory.

Shipbob put us in Amazon Late Shipment / Account Deactivation Risk no fewer than three times in less than a year. They hold their own software in high regard, when it is buggy and unfriendly. It is a monolith style business model that is exploits its leverage, camps out on the contractual terms which it refuses to resolve by any attempt nor any channel of communication.

We have terminated. They had some good months, some off months. At the core, it is a buggy system, unresponsive management, and a bullying of finery in the contract. They camp out on contract fine print when confronted with late shipments and delays caused by their own internal dysfunction in shipping/receiving.

**What do you like best about ShipBob?**

The DTC side has been great.

Having worked with other 3PLs in the past, moving to ShipBob was really simple and straightforward. Given the mixed reviews you can find on any 3PL, always a bit apprehensive about the transition. Given our experience, I think the only reason anyone would be frustrated with ShipBob for DTC is if they've never used a 3PL before and don't understand how ShipBob is a big step up.

ShipBob has a lot of systems/controls in place, which if you are used to getting someone on the phone can be frustrating, but for us has been amazing. They're faster, more accurate and cheaper than our previous 3PL, and while no 3PL will be perfect, they're a big improvement for us. We were deciding between ShipHero and ShipBob, and glad we went with ShipBob.

A few of the highlights
- Shipping and fulfillment speeds. Anytime an order isn't fulfilled within 1 business day, it gets upgraded shipping speeds at no cost. This has been really helpful and taken some pressure off our CS team.
- Software. Being able to login, pause, change, or cancel orders easily is a huge win for our CS team. Also syncing bundles and inventory to Shopify.
- Distributing inventory to different FCs is really straightforward, and appreciate the control and visibility.
- Accurate shipping weights and visibility. Scanning in items for the accurate dimensions is wonderful and removes any concerns about the wrong weights being used to charge for shipping which was a huge issue for us previously

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

B2B shipping (wholesale orders) is a work in progress. 

Overall, you can tell that ShipBob really focuses and specializes on DTC. Their ops, and warehouse teams are really designed to focus on this. Generally this is good, but with B2B we've run into some issues that were surprising, and should have been easily resolved.

The ShipBob team has been very professional about rectifying issues, but this takes a bit longer than would be idea. Once the B2B gets up to par with the DTC, they'll be unstoppable, so I'm hoping they work things out quickly.

The DTC fulfillment has been great. Their software makes our customer service job a lot easier. Orders are processed quickly, delivered on time and with good visibility. Additionally, they've pushed out new systems like the ability to automatically distribute products to fulfillment centers across the US.

Switched to ShipBob because our other fulfillment company gave us plenty of issues and I have not looked back since! Firstly, their customer service is brilliant. I had the honor of having Garauv as my onboarding consultant. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with! He made my onboarding experience a great one and I am extremely grateful to have him managing my onboarding experience! Secondly, Shipbob is efficient in sending out inventory and I don't have to keep an eye on it as I know it's in good hands! They pretty much help in any way they can so you're not alone in this process and I am absolutely grateful for it!

We switched to shipbob, because we were having a lot of issues and a lot of returns from our last fulfillment company. As the head of ecomm, shipbob has changed my life! Clients no longer are looking for packages, because they get timely updates. I can see exactly what phase each order is in of delivery. The sending order process is so easy and they practically do the work for you. Bailey who has taken care of our account has been prompt with response and hands-on with teaching us how to run everything. We are just getting started with shipbob, but I hope to be with them for a long time!

**What do you dislike about ShipBob?**

I have so few complaints so far with shipbob. I guess my only concern would be checking in packages a little faster if possible and processing them to ship out? That being said we switched from a closer warehouse so I don't see it as a big issue at all! Also they just checked in my last shipment next day, so its  already gotten faster!

They are making sure our clients know where their packages are, they are getting everything out maximum 24 hours after its ordered, they are making it so easy to ship products to their warehouse with the provided paperwork! Since the day I reached out to Shipbob they have been super responsive and helpful. The onboarding process has been so smooth. I first started working with Stephanie Fejzuloski, she answered all my initial questions and helped me set up the account, she was very patient with us. After we set up the account, I was assigned to Neal Rodgers and it has been about a month since I started working with him. He trained me on the system and every day helped me resolve any issues I had. Neal has been a great person to work with he is patient, responsive and knows the system well!

Nearly all of our incoming shipments have had problems. It can take weeks to stow your product and they have lost hundreds of our pieces of inventory. If you're a small business, they won't take you seriously and you have little recourse other than calling cusotmer service, who are rarely able to resolve anything. Probaby the worst decision our business has made so far

They are supposed to be helping us grow as a business by recieving our warehouse orders, picking and packing, and fulfilling orders. However, it is constant amateur hour over there and they have done more harm to our business than good.

There is a lack of support beyond pointing in the direction of ShipBob's user manuals.. I wish they would offer more personal support. I also wish the finance section/invoices had more details.

Shipbob is nimble, responsive to customer feedback and is growing at a pace most companies would struggle with. Somehow, they've managed to maintain excellent service while scaling up to meet the growing demand for global shipping options. They provide tools that make it easier for us to lower our costs. Their fees are some of the lowest on the market while their service is the best. We've worked with other shippers in the past and are so glad we found Shipbob. They make filing lost shipment claims very easy - unlike other shippers. Their team is always friendly by phone and email.

I honestly have no negative feedback at all. Shipbob is doing everything right.

Their wms is also well built and we've never had stability issues.

Customer service has been great as well.

Some of the tools need to continue to be built out for us to be able to be fully efficient. This would include things like bulk order warehouse changing. 

Making sure inventory is made available in a timely manner is extremely important to us and we've seen shipbob run into some hiccups with it.

The integration between your online store and Shipbob makes it easy for customers to recieve their purchase super quick! As soon as your integration is set up, you as the owner of the store doesn't have to do anything once the purchases are made.

The set up was pretty difficult, but if you do it with a Shipbob employee, it made it much smoother. I also wish that I could have a point of contact for any questions or concerns I have. I don't like that I have to keep emailing this general email for help.
