What do you like best about Shield Screening?
The setup process is easy and the customer service is super helpful. The site is fairly user friendly. We utilize this service for both background checks and drug testing and have been happy with the service overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Shield Screening?
Some of the interface can be a little clunky, and some of the way it's designed isn't super user friendly. Also, when asking for a full export of our data for one of our locations that was closing and we wanted it for records, it's taken a very long time to receive. It seems they don't have a batch download system or server to easily pull a large amount of data at once. It seems it's manual for their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
