  ### 2. 6 times the speed of amazon on orders.

**What do you like best about SHI?**

Our Rep is good and easy to talk to. They seem willing to understand the problems and see what they can do to fix them.

**What do you dislike about SHI?**

It still takes up to 6 weeks to get some equipment that we could have next day from amazon. It is more expensive aswell. We never could get imaging done properly byt sHI even though we sent a server to do it . It is just easier and faster to do it our selves.

**Recommendations to others considering SHI:**

The SHI team is willing to work with you and open to ideas. But, be aware they are slow with orders and it is hard to justify the length of time to the user base on how long it takes to get equipment.

They help us manage our hardware and some software orders/liceneses

Our accunt managers are very helpful. They go an extra mile to help out. Very transparent and honest

Not able to peovide services in some places around the world

The account rep team is the most helpful. Our rep is incredible and we wouldn't trade her for the world.

Not being local would be the largest downside.

SHI handles all of our order processing and licensing for systems. They've been great all around, and we haven't ever had any issues with them.

The people and their willingness to assist in our solving our problems.

**What do you dislike about SHI?**

Not really a dislike but I'm all about the AE assignment. Having the right AE can fracture a partnership.  So to that point my AE rocks!!!

SHI is assisting in our procurement of IT hardware and services. The partnership has become an extension of my team and thus makes solving problems we face easier.

SHI was referred to us as a reseller for the Tenable.io vulnerability management platform. Strictly used as a license reseller - no value add.

**What do you like best about SHI?**

The initial introduction to SHI was easy and smooth and the quoting/price was cost-effective.

**What do you dislike about SHI?**

Trying to sell us unrelated software, services and/or components. Very poor after sales service and billing, invoicing and license renewal processes are confusing and overly complicated.

**Recommendations to others considering SHI:**

Evaluate alternatives before settling on SHI as a VAR for any of your solutions. They are not efficient and retain little knowledge about your past purchases to simplify the renewal process, billing/invoicing, etc.

The team is so friendly and dilligent in resolving our issues. Our Account Manager is such a joy to work with.

One of their first line sales members is lacking in knowledge of certain items, but the team really pulls together.
