SHI offers different procurement options and works with us to source what we need at a price we can afford.

I don’t have any complaints. They can’t source everything we need, which I think is understandable.

We are a public higher education institution, and we have very particular procurement requirements. SHI helps us to source hardware and software that we need without undue hardships.

I love how fast and responsive SHI is whenever we have a request for hardware or question about current and new technology.

I haven't found something i don't like, yet.  My experience has always been great

Consolidation of our vendors and partners sprawl and saving us on unneeded licensing
