**What do you like best about Sharkdom?**

Previous tools that we used does not have coselling operation handling alongside partner GTM activation altogether at one place but with Sharkdom we were able to maintain our activation and enablement with many integrations at one place with nice reporting dashboard to keep my small team of 5 in sync. We were also able to detect fields where data enrichment was needed without integrating any data enabler to validate it

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

Some of our top partners took time to adopt to joint board workflow, this tool is excellent but to hve the partner side team to engage with new workspace was time consuming for our team but support team was good but could have been good to have section in quikc start or something.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before sharkdom we used multiple tools prior to our old ways of email and spreadsheet but since we onboarding to Sharkdom our partner communicaton overhead has been reduced and we are able to have partner visibility based on efforts and influcne then pure sourcing

**What do you like best about Sharkdom?**

We had 40+ partners who had signed and then gone completely quiet which is common for our competitors but using Sharkdom's Onboarding workflows and 3-touch reactivation sequence, no-pressure checkin at day 45 we were able to reactivate 8 of those partners within first 2 months.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

Would love to see ore customizable reactivation sequence templates for differenet partner types, the current temapltes are excellent but library of 10-15 variations would be nice.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dormant partners were hidden cost to my team and Recruiting new partner cost 5x more then reactivating and existing one. Sharkdom. helped us recover real pipeline from relationship we had almost lost and were able to provide loyalty reqards to the ones providing us with deals on consistent time.

Our attribution was all riled up, we weren't able to see who coselled when and to whom and whom should we be in touch, as these attribution disputes were destroying our partner realtionships.

seing more pre uilt attribtion template would have been good for my teams understanding of the internal process of the platform.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were loosing good partners not because they weren't sharing deals with us, but because partners did not trusted us that they would get credit for their endeavours. Sharkdom's attribution clarity restored that trust. for us. 5 of our partner who had gone cold got reeacgiated within first 2 months of our journey after onboarding to sharkdom.

Using Sharkdom we were able to make our partner program discoverable and onboard at much faster rate then we usually do for partner leads coming from our partner program and we’re able to integrate with our ongoing CRM with ease.

The UX have spaces to work on and could be made user oriented

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us getting notified by relevant partners was something we were on the edge as current partner cycle was very exhaustive and our onboarding criteria was complex taking around 1 week of due diligence but using Sharkdom we were able to see forecast KPIs based on which we were able to decide if partner is fit for us or not. moreover I was able to be in sync with my team as an leading team of 8 people so checking out progress of each of our partner cycle being managed by selective members was made easier by Sharkdom.

**What do you like best about Sharkdom?**

Sharkdom made our work of syncing our partners much easier and smoother like never before ans was very easy and d fast to implement their Learning Management system so now we just need to check the metrics to ensure which of our current partners have seen which of our collateral resources.

Their are many number of features which can be overwhelm at times making it hard to focus on participle use are so UX needs adjustment to make it smoother

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major issue we were facing before jumping to sharkdom was expecting our partners to keeps our solution intact which was hardly much resulting in loss of our recurring new clients. Sharkdom made this accessible via dashboard making it easier for our team to get maximum results from our ongoing partners.

It was quite chaotic for us with 7 member partnership team to be in sync. Sharkdom made our daily meets and visibility of activity much easier and as VP of Partnerships, made my task easy to assign partners to PAM's and We can decide which partners to invest more resources.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

Nothing in particular but having more forecasting for partner atrribution would made our Deal pipeline more smoother.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharkdom made our daily standups more goal oriented, as We can see what everyone in doing and which partner is being showing what kind of activity via the platform, so no longer have to follow up with our internal team. Portals access made us work with our partner deals without having to ask them to jump to sharkdom which also made our pipeline more hands on.

We use sharkdom to keep track of our channel partners activities and journey. Via sharkdom our PAM's can emphasis on specific partners that are driving us more revenue since we have partnership team of only 9 people, it is important for us to be in sync with our steady partners.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

It takes around 12 hours for a permission/role to be updated in sharkdom which sometimes is frustrating  but can understand that their must be some internal validation for roles but having it spontaneous would have been nice.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use sharkdom for our daily partner activities tracking and determining which partners to invest more resources in terms of training and MDF should go into. Being part of sharkdom for past 9 months have seen better management of our partner ecosystem specially promoting our partner program via their discover section has been something that has succeeded our expectations.

**What do you like best about Sharkdom?**

I really appreciate Sharkdom for its easy-to-navigate viewport and the quick start guide that helps me get through the platform smoothly. I find the team access permissions feature very useful since it allows me to assign my team members visibility on specific metrics they need. Sharkdom also simplifies my workflows because other PRM platforms often impose new processes that take time to adapt to, while with Sharkdom, it only took a couple of times checking their documentation to get accustomed to it. Additionally, the initial setup of Sharkdom was much easier compared to the one we used before.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

I sometimes have to log in multiple times because the session expires very soon, and there should be two-factor authentication. It doesn't have any bad effect but sometimes having to log in again could be frustrating.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sharkdom to keep all our partner resources in one place and track partner access to our resources, simplifying partner management and generating performance reports.

**What do you like best about Sharkdom?**

I definitely like how I can control which of my team members have access to partner details in Sharkdom. It's really easy to manage partnership enquiries and market our partner program in its marketplace. Since listing our partner program in Sharkdom's marketplace, we've been receiving more enquiries. The role assignment feature is also great as we can restrict roles to view certain partner information and hide columns based on these roles, which makes sure only relevant information is shared with the team concerning deal ticket sizes.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

I think having a payout option and connecting banks would make our payment tracking with respect to resellers easier. Also, it took my team a few days to get used to the platform, even though I found it easy.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sharkdom to manage our partner pipeline, ensuring reliable partners send us deals and resell our solution. It automates workflows, integrates with our CRM, and enhances communication and partner onboarding through its marketplace.

**What do you like best about Sharkdom?**

I like how Sharkdom helps us manage our existing partners and generate sourced revenue reports and projections. It's great for sorting lead sources from our partners, which is very helpful given the size of our team. I also appreciate the report generation and the syncing feature that integrates with our CRM on a weekly basis, keeping our sales team informed about opportunities or leads from our co-selling or re-selling partners. The initial setup was relatively easy, thanks to the support from their success team.

Connecting multiple CRM is troublesome in Sharkdom as connecting new auto deletes the previous data

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sharkdom to manage partners, generate revenue reports, and assign tasks. It helps track which team member is in contact with partners and sort lead sources efficiently. Weekly CRM syncing keeps our sales team informed about leads from partner collaborations.

Sharkdom made managing our partner journey quite easy. We can ensue that the partners which are giving us most outcomes, gets treated right way with MDF allocation, and those with more potential with more intent alignment. We are 6 member GTM team and monitoring each partner ops has been comparitively easier since we joined sharkdom.

Not much but having more roles and grain level access control would have been nice.

Sharkdom helped us regulate which partners to allocate more resources and at what moment of time by forecasting results based on previous interactions. Our team no longer have to go with multiple standups to ensure smoother partner journey and through common partner portal all my team mates could be on same page with less briefing.

I appreciate Sharkdom's ability to streamline our partnership ecosystem by keeping everything in one place and improving our tracking of partners. I really like its efficient onboarding process, which leverages new-age tools and workflows that stand out against traditional approaches. The support team was very helpful during the initial setup. The software excels in automating decision-making by utilizing KPIs, which saves us resources and time that we would have spent on researching potential partners. Sharkdom's marketplace is diverse and precise in match-making, aligning well with my requirements.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

I find the lack of detailed graphical representation in reports a bit inconvenient. While the data is presented in percentages, having graphs similar to Power BI would enhance clarity, especially for quarterly forecasts. This would significantly aid my team in understanding performance trends over previous months or years. Additionally, the user interface could use some improvement. The missing graph feature contributes to my slight dissatisfaction, as reflected in my decision to rate the service a nine instead of a perfect ten.

We started using sharkdom to increase our partner network, Our onboarding period reduces from 1 month to around 5 days within the first 3 months which made us stick to the platform. Connecting partner program helped us manage the partners getting from our website program inside the dashboard too so we no longer have to check our sheet anymore.

**What do you dislike about Sharkdom?**

The partner program connecting have some manual steps early on but now since video is added, it becomes more clear but earlier around 1 month ago they did not have it so faced few issues back then.

**What problems is Sharkdom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces our partner onboarding time significantly and since it provides multiple ways to onboard, we have options to go with the one that works best for us. This is something really liked about the platform. It let us capture the partner program details within platform so keeping at one place helps us team to be in sync.

Sharkdom made it real easy for us to manage our partners without relying on CRM's and manual tasking. Our partner churn rate has been considerably reduced as we were able to ensure that partners who is generating us revenue got our utmost attention which was made doable using sharkdom.

The onboarding process could be really tiring. apart from this does not have much to dislike but would have been best if contacting support was made easier rather then raising issues.

Sharkdom made our PAM team respond to our partners in more efficient way ensuring that the partners who are driving us revenue are not left out. Communicating with partner and keeping record of the delieverables was also something that sharkdom platform has helped us.

It was quite easy to configure, more as plug and play. As soon as we connected our CRM, we were able to see KPI's which let us find our Ideal partners and its look-a-like at a much faster pace.

It took us a while to get hold of the platform so having a guide inside the platform is much needed.

For us knowing right set of partners was always a tragedy as it took lots of time to meet needs of a partner and when you expect something in return, it never met our expectations but using sharkdom we were able to see certain KPI's beforehand by which we could judge partnership success rate prior to partnering saving our resources

The side bar is bit frustating as when you hover on compressed view, it shows different behaviour

Making it easy to onboard new partners without having any dedicated team with quite good number of features and easy to implement referral programs

the mobile web version is a bit off as comapred to desktop web version

It's shortening the time span nedded to estabish a partnership. Their is good quality of companies listed in their marketplace and used AI to autmoate the process of managing and recruiting new partnerships for our business. Our marketing expenditure has vbeen reduced by 23% via our co-marketing partners help that we found inside Sharkdom's Marketplace

It has somewhat narrowed down the gap b/w bigger and smaller companies by giving both parties equal options which I personally as a founder liked best about the platform.

mobile dashboard is not mobile friendly in some sections

For us it's more of managing current partner with secondary usage of onboarding new ones.
Platforms have quite diverse options of brands to partner but we already have quite large number of partners which we want to cater them properly.
