It is so easy to prioritize tasks and achieve them in a timely manner. You can make an entry per project or broader tasks and divide them into smaller milestones to keep track of how they progress. **What do you dislike about Kanban Board by VirtoSoftware?** There are certain accessibility issues in terms of not being able to see an assigned person's name unless the task is clicked or connectivity issues. But these problems are minor and do not interfere with the overall use of this tool. **What problems is Kanban Board by VirtoSoftware solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. It integrates well with SharePoint tasks lists so you can do list editing, too. If you want to get creative, you can do things like create groups of subtasks, assign them to different Kanban projects, then use filtering to have multiple views of the project per team/user. Virto team is also excellent at responding to questions and using your feedback. **What do you dislike about Kanban Board by VirtoSoftware?** Sometimes a bit hard to drag cards to the right-most column on your board. Office profile photo doesn't always show when you assign a care to someone--you have to click on the card to make it come up. Integration with SharePoint is impaired a little bit because it's not really possible to add cards to specific task groups / subtask groups. **What problems is Kanban Board by VirtoSoftware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the Kanban Board to organize our strategic objectives across teams.
